This lovely three bedroom plus loft condo is in a fantastic corner location with picturesque views in every direction. It is located 20 yards from the Four O'clock run allowing ski-in/ski-out access. This building is also located one block from Main Street, which provides dining, shopping and entertainment well within reach. The two large private decks provide outstanding views of the ski area and the town of Breckenridge. This unit provides large bedrooms and pool table for your enjoyment. In the summer, relax and enjoy an outdoor BBQ at the shared gas grills at Sawmill Creek condos. This property offers indoor hot tubs, covered parking and complimentary Wi-Fi.

    The unit itself is a little dated with some areas that are clearly worn. That being said the location of the unit is absolutely perfect to ski-in, short walk to gondola and 1 block to great restaurants and bars. The unit is very useable and functional and the views are fantastic from the rear balcony. Plenty of space for 5 guys and all the kitchen equipment was great. We will be back again next year for sure...One note is do not book through Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals. They are crooks but Great Western bailed them out, got us great lift ticket discounts, ski rental discounts and coordinated our ride to and from the airport. They were awesome.

    -I have been coming to Breck 3-4 times a year for the past 5 years and almost always bring a group that is on a budget. So I am always looking for lodging that offers a great location, at a great price with plenty of space. This unit had the perfect blend of both, with no major compromise. -I knew before we checked in that I loved the location (as I have stayed in a couple of other places further up 4 O'Clock Rd before). The silver lining on this particular complex was it's extreme proximity to Main St. Also, it's right on Park ave which makes getting on the mountain for skiing a snap because of all the bus routes that travel right passed. The ski run that brings you back was great. I was pulling off my skis literally 50 ft from the elevator in the complex. -The space to price ratio on this place is another key selling point for me. We had 12 people stay here with no need for air mattresses. However if you brought an extra bed or two you could easily fit more people into this large area. (Keep in mind there are 3 showers but only 2 bathrooms) -That being said I would like to add a couple of Fyi's to my review. Cross your fingers that the elevator doesn't go down... It did once for us but was fixed in less than 24 hours. (The stairs get a old quick, lol). This unit is not the most modern condo out there. It is however well kept and everything was in working order (with the exception of the kitchen knife set)... These things did not take away from my experience. -PS The views from this unit are wonderful. Both of the town and of the Mt. -After a great 6 night stay I definitely plan on coming back to this unit again, Cheers!

    This condo is not fancy, but it is very comfortable. the layout of the condo is good. Furniture is comfortable. You can walk to town and all the local restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need.

    This is a great ski-in condo in a great location to walk to activities in town. It is large and well-appointed. It is a corner unit with great views up the mountain. There is not really any noise barrier between the master bedroom and the loft, but the loft would be good for children.

    Hi We liked the vacation and the ubit, but the ubit was dated. Doors didn't lock, outlets were bad, overall condition was just OK, but we had other issues also that I gave to the agency when we left the unit. Would I rent this unit again, yes but they should upgrade some things. thanks Wayne Hoffman

    Large appartment, with character, and lots of space for two families of 4. I believe that this was originally two appartments, combined into one. Can ski back to the appartment, but need to take a bus ride to the chair lifts, which can take up to 20 mins, depending on the wait for a bus. Points for improvement - there is no locker for skis and boots!

    My family and another family rented out Sawmill Creek #401 and were extremely impressed with accomodations. There was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable, which was especially important with 4 kids under the age of 3 staying with us. I would highly recommend this condo for large families. The lifts were close, the downtown strip was within walking distance and the hot tub area was quiet and peaceful.

    Great Western Lodging is close to everything, grocery shoping, restaurants, gift hunting. The Conco is large and roomy with a pool table for eveeryone to enjoy. It is convenient to the slopes with one trail coming right to the Condo. The employees Great Western made us feel so welcome, like fdamily. Thank,you all and Jenny made us feel like family.

    We had great week of skiing in Breckenridge staying at Saw Mill on 4 O'Clock Run. The unit, although somewhat dated, was spacious and clean. Ski in and short walk to lift. Only 2 BRs so I wouldn't recomend more than 8 people.

    We come every year with our adult kids and their family. We absolutely love this place. The people at GWL are always very helpful and friendly. We did have to go out and buy humidifiers this year as the ones in the unit weren't working but we figured it was a small price to pay. Just hope they are still there this year.
