Vacation Rental Summary
The service was quick and friendly. We have a minor issue with carbon monoxide detector going off that was quickly fixed, just a fluke, no leak. Our condo was perfect for our group. It as very neat and clean. Location was conveniently located near ski rentals, grocery store, shopping, food etc. Skiing into condo on Four O'Clock Run was perfect and the shuttle pick up to that stopped at Snow Flake lift was quick and convenient.
Sawmill Creek is the perfect location for hill and downtown access. This was not our first stay nor will it be the last.
We love to stay at Sawmill Creek because it we can walk to the gondola and also to anywhere in Breckenridge. We have stayed at several different units in this complex and found this one to be quiet and also liked the loft which gave our teenagers a little more room to spread out.
Location, location! Everything was great as always. We've stayed at Sawmill Creek for years and the location is perfect for our family. The unit was one of our favorites and there are no complaints.
This unit housed four adults and two children ages 7 and 11. It could have easily handled ten people comfortably. We loved the layout! It had a great deck which we were able to use one afternoon when it warmed up to almost 60 degrees and loved the view and could accommodate four to six people comfortably. Simple and tasteful decorating helped make our stay a pleasant experience.
Super condo, very well equipped kitchen, and bathrooms were lovely. Great location! Only thing lacking was a CD player, or speaker for our phones so we could listen to music, otherwise it was a fantastic place.Easy walk to town, and to peak 9, close to shuttle stops for peak 8 bus, we were very comfortable and hope to visit again, Thank you.

This unit is truly wonderful. We have stayed in Breckenridge several times and we all loved this unit. The location is terrific. Very convenient to town and the shuttle bus to the lifts. And you can ski right to the door of the complex. We skied and Vail several days and that worked well too. The unit was very well equipped and the floor plan is wonderful. Loved it!

The place was amazing!! The location was perfect and we could ski to 5 feet from the elevator. The amount of space in the room and the layout was awesome. I couldn't have asked for anything more and the price was great. I'll be staying there again for sure. I would highly recommend this place to any group/family looking for a place in Breck.
This condo is in a great location at the bottom of the 4 O'clock run and right next to the bus stop for easy access to the base of the mountains. We stayed in this complex and had a similar good experience. The unit was in good condition other than the carpet which could use either a good cleaning or replacement. The bathrooms (3 full baths) were very clean and well appointed with two sinks in each of the downstairs bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessities and the unit includes a full size washer (high efficiency and dryer on the main level. Storage for hats, helmets, gloves, and boots is somewhat limited in the foyer for large groups, but there is a small closet there as well. We would definitely stay again at this unit and continue to be impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of Great Western Lodging.

Great condo, exceeded expectations, everything was arranged and ready for our arrival. Great Western made an early checkin easy with a personal call to me when the condo was ready. Best location, close to town, bus stops, rental shop and ski in. Love the elevator, for sea level folks like us. We'll be back!
Great condo, 3 bath facility made the stay very comfortable. Great view of mountains, nice patio area. 2 bedroom with loft provided plenty of sleeping area, 3 baths was a plus. Living area could use one comfy chair to go with long and short couch. Avg temp was 25+ degrees lower than our home in Dallas, awesome break from the boiling heat.
The location of the condo was perfect. Easily accessed and provided easy access to the ski runs. It was an easy walk into town. No car needed once we got to Breckenridge. The condo was set up perfectly to accomodate two families. (8 people)

Great place for a large group. The location of the condo, cleanliness, and comfort greatly exceeded our expectations. In the mornings, we would get on the bus that stopped just off of the parking lot. For lunch and supper, we would take the four o'clock run literally to the condo's elevator. The directions to the condo and to the main office (across town) were a confusing mess. Our travel agent even got lost.
My wife and I have been going to Breckenridge for the past 8 years. For the past 5 years we have been staying in other properties through Great Western Lodging. This year we convinced the extended family to vacation with us. We needed a larger unit and this fit the bill. This unit was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Having 3 separate bathrooms made getting ready for the slopes in the morning very easy. The washer and dryer in the unit were wonderful front loader type, and allowed us to do laundry before returning home. Had an issue with the Ski Locker when we arrived, but the staff at this facility took care of it right away. They are very friendly and very helpful. The location at the end of 4 O'clock was wonderful. At the end of the day you could ski right back to the building. In the mornings catching the shuttle to the lifts was easy. Buses run very often and take you to the base of Peak 9 in just a few minutes. Overall the whole extended family had a wonderful time and are looking forward to next time we can get out there. We will probably look at staying at this location again, but if not will continue to use Great Western Lodging since we have not had a bad experience yet.
Terrific. Right at the bottom of Four o'Clock run. Could not have been a better location in our estimation. Condo was clean, furniture in great condition. Beautiful views. Really enjoyed it. Plan on returning and would love to have that exact unit next time we visit. Thank you.
We had a wonderful Spring Break vacation in Breckenridge. The fact that we were returning to the Sawmill made it even better. Wonderful accomodations at a good value. It was nice to know exactly where we were going to stay so that we could concentrate on other necessary items such as ski and board rentals, rather than finding our lodging, etc. The weather was perfect, the ski conditions terrific and our three children enjoyed themselves immensely. This is the third Christmas we have booked at Sawmill. Great Western Lodging has always been first rate on our service, clean accomodations, brochures on where to go and what to do etc. Our whole family loves Sawmill because it is centrally located. You can catch the transit system right outside the condos in the morning and at the end of the day. you can ski down 4 o'clock run back to Sawmill. You can easily walk to Main Street from this location. We are looking forward to booking Sawmill for Christmas 2010
The location was perfect! 20 feet to the bus that takes you to the hill and about 1 block from all the shops and resturants in the town. Then at the end of the day when we were wiped out, we just skied right into our condo, no waiting for busses in long lines! The lodging was okay, bathrooms were clean, it had a nice fireplace to dry clothes, the oven did not work but we did not care, the microwave and the burners on the stove was all we needed. It had wireless internet and cable so we were good. Not first class, but not super ghetto either. We are thinking about going back this year and using the same place. Coming in our flight was delayed, so we just picked up the keys in a box in the office, which made it super easy too..
With a "combined" family of grandparents, married and unmarried girls, and young grandkids, this condo "works"! It may stretch the bath(s) at times due to the number of females, but we have returned to this particular one due in part to the loft sleeping, in part to the Sawmill location, and in part to the proximity to the town. We'd return again if everything works out. It's well kept (though not elaborate - we stayed at Sawmill with friends who had a non-loft condo which was very impressive).
