Sawmill Creek 407 - 2bd+loft/2ba - Ski Vacation Rentals Breckenridge

We traveled with 2 other families to take part in the BBQ Challenge in Friso and Kingdom Days in Breck. There were a total of 15 of us including children from the age of 6 to 19. The location of Sawmill Creek is excellent and the condition of the condo's were very nice.

What a great location-walking distance to town, and easy to catch the shuttle to the mountain. We enjoyed skiing in at the end of the day too! The appliances definitely need updating. The oven burned two batches of brownies even after lowering the temp to 275 the second time, and the clothes washer filled and emptied repeatedly never really washing the clothes. We left a note with the key drop but never got a response from the local Breckenridge office.

Working through Great Western Lodging was always simple and easy. Their customer service is great. The home has an awesome location for a ski in/ shuttle out. It is right on the end of 4 o'clock run and 1 block away from Main St. The building & appliances are a little outdated but we cooked most of our meals there and everything came out fine! The house was nice and comfortable inside and the hot tub helped us relax after a day on the slopes! We had 3 couples (6 adults) staying in the condo and we had plenty of room and never ran out of hot water! I like the value and location the best and the thing I liked the least was the old kitchen appliances...but like I said, you can live with it.

This is the second year that we have come to Sawcreek over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. We have had a great time both years. Thanks.

The location was great for summer vacations. My youngest is 15 did not have a good time. The accomandations were good and I liked the location. This was are first trip to Breckenridge and looking forward to coming back. The room was very accomandating for the kids, but you might replace the washer and dryer. The DVD did not work, which I reported earlier. We are lloking forward to further trips and coming back to Sawmill.

I have already spoken to Great Western about this unit. It was well equipped, beds and furniture were comfortable. However, the kitchen appliances were in horrible condition. They have the details of our experience so I won't go into details. We recommended that the unit not be rented until the appliances were replaced. We own a rental unit in Florida and our management company would not rent a unit out that had the issues this one had.

The property was just as it was described and I have no complaints. The unit was nice and in a good location. I would rent there again.
