Enjoy Breckenridge lodging accommodations located just 20 yards off of the Four O'clock Ski Run and one block from historic Main Street. This top floor, corner unit was extensively remodeled in summer 2008, and has an unusually spacious floor plan with contemporary furnishings. Guests really enjoy the flat screen TVs in the living area, master and second bedrooms. The vaulted living area also features a new rock fireplace with new carpeting. Guests also appreciate the covered parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs and the close proximity to the attractions of downtown.

    Great trip!


    Accommodations were as good or better than pictured. Great location. Hot tubs are a little small but we all fit ok. Would definitely stay there again.

    A comfortable spot so close to the Snowflake Lift!


    Plenty of room in this 3BR, 3Ba corner unit. Great underground parking. Easy access to town too.

    Awesome Unit!


    We stay at Sawmill Creek every year over the 4th of July reuniting with family (condo 304 owned by relatives). This was our 2nd stay in 408 & this unit is by far our favorite! We prefer the end units as floor plans are more spacious & can easily accommodate larger dinner parties. This unit is beautifully furnished & very clean. Loved the well equipped oversized Kitchen. One tiny side note re kitchen: need dish cloths & more than 1 dish towel. Location is perfect & staff at Great Western always helpful & accommodating. Will absolutely stay in the unit again!

    Family vacation in a little slice of heaven


    We had an amazing time - the condo was central to that...close to everything, clean, comfortable - it was really one of the best family vacation's we have had. Kids (10 & 6) enjoyed having a home base to relax after hiking, rafting, horseback riding...thank you so much for an afordable way to maximize our vacation time!

    Perfect Place - Sawmill 408


    Short and sweet: - Walkable with kids to town, food, etc. - 5 minutes from rec center pool, great for kids - Ski down 4 O'clock at end of day to get there - Shuttle rught outside, we left gear in car in lot then walked from there - The renovation make the place truly perfect to hang out and stay in, nicely chosen and high end

    These accommodations could not have been any better...from location to ammenities, cleanliness, a well-supplied kitchen, friendly and helpful Great Western staff. We will definitely return!

    Cozy Condo


    We recently stayed in Sawmill Creek #408 over the holidays with another couple and all of our 6 teenagers. We have stayed in this complex before, but in another unit. #408 was just fine. Really enjoyed the updated kitchen which we used to cook a few meals. Location of this complex is perfect, just at the bottom of the 4 clock run, so you can ski right up to the back door, and your just across the street from ski rentals, bus stop, and 1 block from main street. Negative, 4th floor made it a little difficult getting up and down, but they do have an elevator, washer and dryer was ok, but very noisy, and the couch was very difficult making out into a bed- kids slept on the floor anyway and didn't mind. And the hot tub is on the first floor- it's a cold run from there to the 4th floor. Also, parking is very close, and you are only alloted 1 space per unit, the overflow parking is across town. All in all we had a wonderful experience, and would stay there again. The staf at Great Western was very helpful with any questions we had, and gave us a reminder call about check-out

    Amazing time in Breckenridge


    We stayed two nights in Breckenridge in august 2012. This condo was perfect. Top floor on the corner. The view is absolutely amazing from the balcony. We will request this condo again on our next visit to Breckenridge. Very comfortable felt like we were at home.

    Wonderful experience


    Our stay at Sawmill Creek #408 was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and very modern. The furniture was up to date and very comfortable. The views from the condo were wonderful. The international snow sculpting contest was going on while we were there. We could looked out our window and watch the progress being made. Great Western was wonderful to work with. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I would definitely stay at this unit again while in Breckenridge, especially if managed by Great Western. It is wonderful to be able to ski in at the end of the day -great convenience. Having a hot tub was great after a full day of skiing. The thing that I liked the least was the size of the two bathrooms. They were very small and neither one of them had a tub.

    Another Wonderful Stay in Sawmill Creek 408


    This unit is the best! My family of six stayed in this unit from Dec 18 - 23, 2011. It was the third time we'd been in this unit and would never reserve any other unit but this one. It is a great location, very clean, very well equipped. We had a wonderful time even though there was not enough snow to ski.

    Comfortable, Clean, Close to town


    The condo was attractive, clean and comfortable. I liked being able to walk to town although this also created a problem in that the street outside the window was busy and noisy. All in all, a very nice stay.

    Great stay in a perfect Condo


    This was one of my best trips to Breckenridge thanks to our beautiful condo at Sawmill Creek room #408. The floor plan was very spacious. Both bedrooms had two queen beds which were perfect for bringing along my parents and my sister as well as my wife and two kids. There were 8 of us and we were more than comfortable. The kitchen was great with the long breakfast bar and we had plenty of room for cooking meals to avoid having to go out after long skiing days. The indoor hot tub downstairs was nice too. It had been about 15 years since I have stayed at Sawmill Creek before now, but I definitely will look to stay there again.



    We arrived early in Breckenridge, before the room was scheduled for check in. The staff kindly let us have the keys to the room although check in time was hours away. Our room was neat and eloquently designed, with all amenities readily available. The whole stay was just amazing, and will we definitely be staying here when we return to Breckenridge again!

    Great getaway!


    About ten of us girls stayed a weekend in January for a 30th birthday celebration and we had an amazing time! The GWL accomdations were fantastic - we could not have found a better location - next to the slopes, downtown, spa facilities...there was something for everyone. The front desk staff was so helpful and any request we had was happily fulfilled. The condo itself felt brand new and we all felt like we were living in luxury! The price was SO reasonable too - the girls couldn't believe the cost for four nights!! I can't wait to go back to GWL and stay in condo 408 again with more friends and maybe I will even bring my husband next time. :)

    We have had better


    We had a few annoying issues with this unit. The toilet backed up, and there was not a plunger in the entire unit. In the bedroom, we experienced electical shocks from the outlet when trying to plug things in.

    Good Price and Location


    Service is always wonderful with Great Western Lodging and their reservation staff. The after-hours check-in is convenient and easy because we always arrive late when we travel to Breckenridge. The home was newly renovated, clean and had all the amenities/supplies we needed for our stay. Skiing straight into our parking lot is the best thing we liked. Plus the shuttle stop to the lifts is right outside the building.

    Sawmill Creek 408 was roomy, affordable, and a great location fo


    The condo we rented comfortably suited our vacation needs for our snowboarding trip. The amenities were great including dvd, great stereo with ipod hookup, cooking appliances, etc. We stayed in one night and cooked a huge italian dinner, watched snowboarding dvds, played poker, and listened to musing. The condo was very clean and no complaints :-) GWL was very accommodating and worked with us to meet the price that had been previously advertised. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend the Sawmill condos to those with large groups that are on a tight budget, and that want to be ski in, walk out, close to restaurants and bars on main street.

    Sawmill Creek has been nicely updated and unit #408 was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there and are looking forward to our next visit.

    Wonderful Condo


    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Great Western Lodging in Breckenridge, Co. The location was ideal for 2 families with 6 children. We were able to walk to shopping, dining, and the local grocery store. We especially liked how we could ski right back to the condo without having to wait for a ride back from the bus. The condo was furnished beautifully and newly updated. The view was beautiful. We would definitely come back again.

    A beautiful Condo, great location, we'd rent this unit again any


    My family, Son, Daughter-in-law, two granddaughters, my husband and I, stayed in Unit 408 at Sawmill Creek from Dec. 26 - Dec. 31. This is a beautiful unit, nicely furnished, all new appliances and very well equipped kitchen. It was very quiet with a nice view of the mountains and town. We all agreed we'd stay in this unit anytime we're in Breckenridge.

    We have already been a couple of times in Breckenridge to spend a ski-holiday. It was the first time this year that we stayed at the Sawmill Creek Condominiums. The Condo 408 was spacious, well maintained and the kitchen was provided with a lot of utensils. The location is very good as the shuttle stops in front of the building. We really enjoyed our staying and if all goes well we are planning to come back next year.

    Excellent Location, Clean, Reasonable, Fully Fuirnished


    Loved this place. VERY close to the park downtown, information center, skiing (we were there in summer), the creek that runs through town and bike rentals. Parkig on-site. WE had a wonderful time. It was a trip with 4 adults and 4 children all 6 and under so the laundry in our specific unit was a HUGE plus.

    What a Perfect Place


    We always look for a very nice and very comfortable place to stay when we attend our yearly ski conference. After I had found the Sawmill Creek vacation rental, I started the emails to my ski club members. We all agreed that the reviews were great, so we selected the location. It was truly amazing; we had found another great location for ski-in. The view of the mountain from the balcony was exceptionally gorgeous and we produced some picture perfect postcard type pictures for our memories. The location based on the center of town was just as excellent as the view from the balcony. We didn't have to walk far if we didn't select to drive. As far as the unit-408,...well, we always find a great unit and the accommodations were great without a shadow of doubt. We were extremely please from the time we drove into the parking garage of the building until we left the unit. We were enormously elated at the fact we had found another great location for the week. For sure without any doubt...I will plan to stay at this same location the next time I visit Breckenridge, CO. I will highly recommend this vacation rental to all of my friends. Plus, I can't wait until I return again because I am already looking forward to my stay at this exquisite vacation rental...!!! I normally don't write reviews but this place deserved and excellent write-up.
