Great Western has wonderful customer service. The home was beautiful and spacious, hot tub relaxing, and it had all kitchen items that we needed. Location was great; you ski in/ski out and cross the parking lot to get to condo. We had a large group and the kitchen was small for our group. Also could use more lighting in the bedrooms.
Dear Verslues –
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed.
I have forwarded the information on to the Homeowner of The Pines #50 to note the need for additional lighting in the bedrooms, and to the Staff as it is great to hear that all their work to exceed our guest’s expectations is recognized – thank you!
Thank you again for the information on The Pines #50 and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!
Sincerely,

We started out our ski trip at 115 Pines. When the sump pump quit working and overflowed into the basement a day after we got there, you moved us to 50 Pines. We appreciate the quick response when the problem developed and your finding us another place to stay while the problem was fixed. We had 6 adults, 4 teens and 1 child for a total of 11 in our party. 50 Pines is a lovely condo and it offered much better sleeping arrangements for us than 115. The family areas were great and the bedrooms comfortable. We enjoyed 50 Pines and the only thing it lacked was that it did not overlook four o'clock run.
Dear Glee –
Thank you for your review!
The maintenance emergency you experienced during your stay was definitely out of the ordinary and we are very excited that the room move to The Pines #50 worked out so well! Thank you to all the guests in your party for the help in getting everyone accommodated at such a late hour due to the emergency situation.
Thank you again for the review and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!
Sincerely,

This is a beautiful condo - but not well-maintained. We had to replace several outdoor lights ourselves/LR lamp was broken/toilets are terrible - do not flush on first flush!!i/2nd level bedroom lampshade broken/dryer does not dry unless you use it 2 or 3 times to get 1 load dry/no internet connection/ however, very nice layout for families. With these problems, price should be less. We left a detailed list (with the keys when we checked out) of the things that needed to be fixed.
Dear T. King –
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and we have forwarded the information on to not only the Owner of The Pines #50, but also the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments.
This is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention and the upgrades needed, especially the replacement of the lamp shades and need for Internet. Maintenance did receive the detailed list and immediately responded to the items. Thank you for the list!
The Owner also updated their unit with these items kept in mind. We are excited that they took advantage of the slower Fall timeframe and did the work needed on this 4 Bedroom Townhome.
Thank you again for the information on the Pines #50 and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!

Our family had a great stay in Breckenridge. Our rental was perfect in every way. We were traveling with 5 teens and they had a blast. Our days were busy and quite tiring. Coming back to the house was a treat. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The floor plan was great, the home warm and comfortable. Thank you so much. The Simpson-Moores!
