Town is eight blocks away or three blocks to the town free ride shuttle stop. This three level floor plan offers amenities including: Free Wi-Fi, heated one car garage, a spacious upper master suite and bath with jetted tub, and very tasteful decor. During the summer months hiking and mountain biking is right out your door. The spacious deck with furniture and gas grill allow you to relax and soak in the views of Baldy Mountain while grilling your favorite meal.

we have stayed here, two families. kids on the bottom floor. convenient to lifts, walk to bus to town. ski/ski out. would recommend it.

Pines 099 is a great place to be. It is best for a group that is made up of skiers and snowboarder because it is a ski-in ski-out location. This makes it harder for non riders to explore what the town of Breckenridge has to offer. However, it makes it the most awesome place to ride the mountain. Inside the lodge, it has a very homey feel to it and provides a great place for family stays as well. One big downside to this place is the fourth bedroom. It is attached to where the back exit is to the hottub and the ski-in\out area. So consider this not a room to have guest stay in because it smells chlorine and sweaty snowboarding gear. Otherwise, all other rooms are great! Also, when going, do not worry about getting keys to the house. Just use the garage pass code. This makes it easier to not lose keys. For the hot-tub, makes sure you give it 24 hours to heat up when you get there or ask management to turn it on the night before. On the back porch, there is a outdoor heater but will only work if you have propane. Good idea to ask ahead if there is still some in there for use. Overall, this place was a great stay and we had a blast! Good luck with your vacation. :D

Great house on 4 o'clock ski run. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Comfy, cozy amenities. Loved the hot tub too.

The facility met all of our needs. It was clean and well stocked with furniture and kitchen utensils. The ski-in/out worked very well. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Great place for a large group to stay on the slopes. Not as convenient as you would expect with the ski out portion, as you either have to cross a road to a lift that takes forever, or go to the bottom and walk a set of stairs and across the main parking lot to ride the gondola, but it does let you ski out of the place and get to the slopes with no shuttle. The ski in is amazing, coming back for lunch or at the end of the day was very convenient and we could ski right up to our hot tub. The condo was ideal, tons of space, full kitchen, plenty of beds and baths for 12 - 15 people. The Great Western people were very helpful as well. I'm sure that all of their properties are worth staying at, and the 4 night was free most of the winter. I will be staying with them my next time out.

excellent home for two families to share. Ski down 4 O'clock run, short walk across a street to the lift.hot tub great,access to peak eight or nine easily

This condo was fabulous very spacious and confortable with a great hottub... the ski out required a little poling or good skiing but worth it for the accomodations. I would rent here again.
