Vacation Rental Summary
The unit is definitely a bit dated, with the appliances, furniture, decor, utensils, etc. dating from many, many years ago. That said, it is a perfectly good unit to stay in. If all you need is a place to sleep at night and cook a few meals, it works great.

We had a fun time. room was clean. Furniture was well kept. It was truely ski in/ski out
we had major issue with this unit advertised as 2 baths- its not. having 3 womens around me ( man) - it was hard to get around one bathroom. unit was incorectly classified by managing company or owner. we suffer greatly. Location of unit is great 100' walk to slope. Unit inside needs to be remodel to be more modern.Bath is 30 years old, cover pleds on beds may be 10 years old. do not get me wrong - by replacing 2 sofas and putting flat screen TV - this is not remodeling.Kids complained about lock of the computer (do not put printer in there). Kitchen and bath sink- there is o lot of caulking installed around this but still not working as proprer installation. one more- brick around the fire place- become a major danger when bed is open- my doughter fall pretty bed.I trip over this as well- i know this is major issue, but it not safe. once again good unit- but needs litle love.
Dear Robert -

I have spoken with the travel agent with the outside company who booked your stay and they were very apologetic as they incorrectly sold the property to you as having 2 bathrooms. All our Trails End 1 Bedrooms only have 1 Bath and the travel company has now fixed this on their end.
I have also listed your items noted for the Owner, as these are really good suggestions with the kitchen and bathroom. Maintenance will check out the brick on the fireplace to make all is safe.
Your review of your stay in Trails End #401 is greatly appreciated and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!

Stayed in trailsend unit #401 I have stayed in many units over the years. Size is med works well for 2 people. This unit has some updating but still fells a little lost in the late 70s. Most due to the fireplace and bathroom. This unit could use new furniture / bed. Overall it was a nice comfy place to stay. Love the location. easy to walk downtown, easy to hit the lift. great hot tub outside.
I was a little concerned because of previous reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the unit. Extremely clean with everything you need. Nothing fancy, but a great value for the price. Also, is a true ski in, ski out.
I stayed at the Trails End complex for about 5 weeks this past summer and it provided exactly what I needed for both a productive and relaxing summer. The location couldn't have been more convenient, and parking was always easy. The condo itself was quite comfortable, and the bldg. had a very pleasant feel. Great Western Lodging really worked with me to find a reasonable rate for such a long stay and as I return to Breckenridge each summer, I will be sure to look them up again for my lodging needs!
We spent the beginning of winter vacation at this location. Not only was it convenient to town, but we could ski in at the end of the day and it was only a short walk to the Quicksilver lift. The lobby was pretty and spacious. It would have helped to have a ramp instead of stairs when carrying all of your luggage in the lobby. The condo itself needed some TLC in the bathroom and in the living room. We enjoyed using the fireplace and it accommodated our small family.
Great location and great for small kids.
i stayed in this condo for 5 weeks. it has a nice layout, is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and a nice balcony. i hope to stay in this unit again.
Very nice,good value.
I love Trail's End - and try to stay here every time I visit Breck. Ski in-out is superb, very short walk to Main street. Once we park our car don't need to move it until we're ready to go home. This particular condo was beautifully remodeled and appointed.
