Vacation Rental Summary
Our family of 12 had a great 5 days in this condo. It was spacious and great to have 4 bathrooms! The skiers loved having a place just outside the bldg. to leave ski equipment and come in for lunch. It was also very quiet. Other than the occasional snowplow noise we heard nothing. Check in and out was also easy and we found everyone at the office to be very helpful. They forgot to give us our garage door opener when we checked in and five minutes later they delivered it. The condo could use some updating but not an issue with us. Watch for the fox outside the balcony doors. We would not hesitate to stay here again even with all 12 of us (4 were under 7). The condo could use more TVs!

Our family gathered for our reunion in late July and TE 607 was the base camp for most of the family for 8 days. All the described ammenities advertised were found adequate for ages 10 to 76. The 2 up bed rooms were warm a few nights but the fans helped offset the heat. The view of the 10 mile range was always present and pleasant to observe the ever changing colud formation.
The unit was very spacious, clean and close to the slopes. We had seven in our group, and there was room for at least four or five more. Building had a secured entrance (front and back), although the entire area appears very safe. Compared to other places that we have stayed at, I would not consider this property to be a true ski-in or ski-out, but it is very close to both. You have a short walk of 30-40 yards out to an area that will allow you to ski down to the lift. Skiing back in to the property requires some cross-country effort for about 75-100 yards because the slope is so slight that you lose forward momentum. Still very conveniently located to the slopes and downtown. We walked to Main Street a couple of times, and it is relatively close. After staying at this property, I would recommend it to others and I would stay there again.
Great location. Upper rooms too hot. We were pushing it to have the maximum number of people in the condo.

Ryan Baines gave us excellent service. The apartment was just right for our family. The location is the best. Trails End is very convenient to the slopes and ski school. It is one of the older properties but most apartments have been upgraded.
Trails End was perfect for our family. It was very convenient - -close to the Quick Silver Lift and the children's ski school. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the building. Our accomodations were excellent and the owner was very nice to work with. Check in was very efficient. The only negative was that the elevator stuck in the building between floors. It happened twice while we were there. My son-in-law got stuck for nearly an hour.
Our whole family had a wonderful time skiing in Breckenridge, CO. Trails End 607 was a very nice unit. It worked just right for our ten family members. Everything was done very well and the skiing was excellent. We will be back next year.
This place has it all. Plenty of room and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again. You won't be disappointed.
Two families with 5 kids total just had a great vacation at Trails End. The convenience was unbeatable----right next to Village ski school and Quicksilver lift, and an easy walk to town! The condo had everything we needed, but could use a few more lights. Some of the bedrooms were rather dark. However, we hardly spent any time in the condo because the skiing was just awesome! Would definitely recommend this unit to a family or 2!
the trails end facility is convenient to town (A+) and slopes (A). the facility is ski in, ski out, but ski in required quiet a bit of polling. the facility is A+ convenient to ski school for rug rats and to the base 9 ski area. unit 607 was clean and updated. the family area's and kitchen were real nice, but bedroom/bath layout, particularly upstairs, was pretty chopped up. one upstairs bedroom was so small there wasn't even room to put a suit case on the floor. while there was a nice long range mountain view the was no view of the slopes and ski area's. the trails end facility has two real nice hot tubs, one inside and one outside. for us the hot tub experience raised our opinion of this facility quiet a bit.
We really enjoyed our stay here at trails end! The building has a lot of nice amenities (hot tubs, pool access, indoor parking). The living area is great for accommodating larger groups with an open area and table seating for up to 14 people if you use the stools, too. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with everything needed - plates, cups, flatware, etc. The only issue we had was that the upstairs was too warm during the summer as it has no windows to open. This probably wouldn't be an issue in the winter, but it was unusually warm weather while we were there. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this unit.
