Village Point 214 - 3bd/3ba - Breckenridge Colorado Vacation Townhome

Unit was just like pictures posted . Kitched modern updated had everything you need , such as dishes towels ect. also provided dish soap dishwasher liquid trash bags some condinments salt/pepper coffee pot dosen't require filters . Plenty of extra blankets and pillows . Just flip a switch and fireplace is on , hot tub just remove cover start jets and get right in . very clean unit !!! Shuttle schedule given by rental co always on time or drive to peak 9 in 3-5 min pay 20.00 to park and walk right on slopes , drive to town in 1-2 min great location ! Only draw back garage has no access to unit . This is the best place I have ever stayed Love this unit and all the nice people in Breckenridge family friendly !

Village Point 214 is a very nice rental unit. However, it was not the rental unit I booked and didn't meet our needs. Our first night was a rental disaster. We arrived at 2:00 a.m. to pick up our rental package from Great Western Lodging's lock box. Great Western made clerical errors and the keys were not to the unit I had booked; not even the same rental complex or location in town. So, we followed the directions given and went to the unit only to find a one bedroom versus a three bedroom that we had booked. Our guest, (my son's girlfriend) slept on the sofa, and my husband and I slept in the one bedroom with our adult son on the floor. At 8:00 a.m. I called Great Western Lodging to learn that another family had checked in to the unit I booked and it was no longer available. We were given unit 214 at Village Point. While this was a very nice three bedroom unit (similar to the one I booked), it didn't have more than one bed in any of the bedrooms which we desparately needed. Great Western set up an air-mattress for my adult son. It was terrible. His back was pressed against the bars of the portable frame and he had a backache the next day. So, he slept on the sofa the remainder of our trip. It was very disappointing to spend a great deal of money for this lodging and have my adult some sleep on the sofa because the air mattress was horribly uncomfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Village Pt. 214. The townhouse was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked dinner there several times. The hot tub was a great perk and the grill came in handy. The location is great. It is walking distance to town, Breckenridge Brewery, and bike rentals and close to some great hikes. Highly recommend this rental. The only thing missing is a view of the mountains.

The condo was beautifully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. The location is great for walking to town. Only thing missing was access to a swimming pool.

We travel to Breckenridge every summer. This condo was on par with the other nice condos we've stayed at. Village Point is one of our favorite places to stay because of the location. We walk to town everyday. Wewould definitely stay here again!

We were on a motorcycle trip after a day of riding it was great to come to a clean, well appointed condo in Breckenridge. The furnishings were nice and the condo had all we needed for a nice stay. If we go back to Breckenridge we would request the same condo again.

The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed except a hairdryer. We really liked the location of the townhome. It worked well with the ski lifts. The one hangup that did not interfere with our stay was we were late arrivals and we went by the next morning to the main office to register they said everything was complete and received extra keys. We get a call 2 days later telling us we need to come register and give them a credit card.

The kitchen had all that we needed and the decor was very nice in the condo! We enjoyed the outdoor grill, which was a must. The queen beds seemed small in the two bedrooms downstairs. We did walk to town a couple of times but wish would have been even closer, the transportation isn't as convenient as we would have liked.

Town home was close to town and quite. Home had all the amenities you need for a vacation.

The townhome was beautiful with easy access to town, well equipped kitchen, wonderful floorplan, and extra bonus of a private hot tub!!! Would definitely stay here again!

This Is The Best Condo Ever! 3-Levels, Filled With Everything You Need.Very Well Kept And Updated.Loved The 3rd Level Bedroom And Hot Tub. It Is Also In A Great Area Of Town. Close To Everything! Ski Lifts, Dining & Downtown Shopping. We Had So... Much Fun! Can't Wait To Return Again! Would Highly Recommend To Everyone! We Had 7 In Our Group And The Condo Would Have Housed Even More. A Big Thank You! To Great Western Lodging For Being So...Helpful And Always Pleasant. Also! Don't Forget To Go On A Snowmobile Tour With White Mountain Tours In Leadville, Colorado (Right Up The Road). They'll Pick You Up Right At The Door Of The Condo. This Was The Most Fun We've Ever Had!
