Vacation Rental Summary
We had a group of 10 staying here and it was fantastic' never felt to crowded. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to and from slopes daily. I can't wait to go back again!
The decor in the condo made us feel at home. The art work and great kitchen reflected care and personalization. Special thanks to the owners for renting out their condo. I would go back but would want the same condo # 309. Our flight was cancelled and we called about perhaps staying the next evening...we learned the condo was not booked but the price was still quite high. We left and it could have been a win-win for both but the management could not further alter the price.

I am hesitant to give a glowing recommendation as I'd like to keep this gem of a property from becoming too popular to be able to reserve it again! We were in Breck for a family ski vacation for the 2012 Christmas week. 6 adults, 4 kids (ages 4, 3, 1 and 1) all fit comfortably. (Could add another couple +/- kids, though would have been a bit more cozy and required a bit of creativity w/ the sleeper sofas, etc). As it was for the 10 of us, we had plenty of room to spread out. We rented 2 baby gates and were easily able to contain the toddlers to the main living area. The rooms, beds, bathrooms, laundry machine were easily at or above expectation. The kitchen well exceeded my expectations. We love to cook and had some pretty amazing meals while there - very tough to do when in a new kitchen - but the place was very well equipped for almost every need (the only thing they were missing was a can opener, but between 2 engineers on one occasion and a neighbor on another, we improvised). In short, the property felt like home. Ok, it gets better... Location, location, location: Given our diverse family ages/interests/plans for the week - we spent a fair amount of time trying to optimize location. This property was exactly a 4 minute walk to the Breckenridge Brewery, 5 minutes to the ski rental shop (Blue River Sports - also a 5 star rec for amazing service and fair prices - www.blueriversports.com), and about 6-10min to the Quicksilver lift line at the base of Peak 9 (going - 6 min, coming home 10 due to the hill and altitude and being tired from the day's skiing.) There is a town bus stop right at the property, but we never needed it. Hot tub. Its 9pm, zero degrees, full moon and you just finished skiing your second day. Need I say more? And, the best for last - the Great Western Lodging staff. They were professional, responsive to our needs, organized all details prior to our arrival and gave great recommendations that did not disappoint!
The condo was very nice, the kitchen was well set with everything needed. The gas grill was poor. very old and didn't work well.tried it twice... needs to be replaced. Two things one positive one not. Horseback riding, we went to Rusty spurr north of I70.. It was fantastic!!! you should really recommend it more. The negitive thing Brackenridges fireworks were the worst. my family felt that it does make a major fatcor on where we are going to go. The comparison to aspen/ jackson hole/ etc.if everything is the same why go where the fireworks on america's holiday are so bad. they were really bad... that will hurt your business I would think. we heard so much from people at the resturants, the grocery store, the wine shop, and the condo's " they were the worst.. I would speak up about it if I was in your business. Kmj

I have wonderful news! The Breckenridge Town Council heard all the complaints from guests and locals and have made sure that next year's 4th of July Fireworks are back to how they were in 2010, in the Gondola parking lot with lots of booms and bangs that we will all be able to view for miles - Very exciting!

Village Point was everything we expected and more...fireplace, hotub, patio view...Village Point was perfect for our family...Village Point & awesome skiing conditions made for the best trip ever for my family!!!
This unit was very clean and tidy with the appropriate amount of space. It provided a comfortable setting after a hard day of skiing. Great for a small group or large family to stay. Close to town and base of Peak 8. I would recommend this stay to anyone that has been to Breck before.
We stayed for a week with family and friends for a ski holiday. The condo was clean and very well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped etc. Every morning we were able to ride the shuttle to the ski slope and then return for an evening of relaxation, hot tub and movies. Bliss

My husband and I looked and looked for accommodations for our destination wedding in CO. We wanted to keep everyone together but didn't want to stay in a hotel. I looked online and saw good rates from Great Western Lodging, I called to see what they had available and Cole was able to help me out! We had friends in Village Point 319 and family in Village Point 309. We stayed a little closer to the slopes at Powderhorn A204 but a quick walk (less than a 1/2 mile) to the Townhouses. This worked out GREAT since the townhouses were right across from each other! I enjoyed the walk to town but for those that didn't there was a bus stop nearby. We were told at check in that there was a problem with the hot tub in one of the units but was reimbursed as noted in the agreement, they were able to get it working a few days before we left. 309 was recently remodeled before our arrival and was beautifully decorated and lots of extras. 5 couples stayed in this unit, so everyone had a room with a bed since we used the "den". Great big dinning table too. 319 was very nice too and was able to accommodate more people with two sets of bunks in one of the rooms, great for the kids and singles that made it out! Both of the townhouses had garages which were great for ski/board storage and washers/dryers to wash towels. The Powderhorn A204 condo was a short walk over the bridge to the slopes. This unit was nicely decorated with a Western theme. Powderhorn units had ski/board storage right outside the door. Everyone had a great time! I am grateful for Cole's help in finding a place for everyone to stay! I'm ready to go back and would definitely recommend these units and the staff at Great Western Lodging!
We rented the property for a staff retreat. It was a great location with a large enough living room area and kitchen to accomodate our retreat. The location allowed us to get away from distractions at our office locations to concentrate and accomplish a lot. It was great being in the mountains in such a relaxing setting.
This condo was a perfect setting for our family vacation. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nightly ritual. The deck was perfect for morning devotions with cup in hand. Loved the location with hiking right outside our back door and close to town.
One word description of stay-Excellent! Beautiful accommodations, convenient, yet quiet. our whole family enjoyed it very much.
