Never having visited Breckenridge, we had to rely solely on the pictures and description of Water House 5310 online and we were more than excited when we arrived! Aside from being in a perfect location, across the street from the Breckenridge Brewery and walking distance to many great restaurants, it is immaculate! The beds and bathrooms are 5-star hotel quality and the living room was cozy and comfortable. It was most definitely a home away from home! Parking was also very convenient under the building. The four of us could not have been happier! Thank you to the owners and Great Western Lodging for making our vacation easy and relaxing!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. The location was great, right close to town. We were able to walk to everything. The only negative experience was that at night, with open windows, it was very noisy!
