Breckenridge provides some of the best mountain and road biking opportunities anywhere in the mountain west. Come and see why Breckenridge is honored to be designated a silver level Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Our mining heritage has left behind over 300 miles of off-road paths and singletrack trails for you to explore, and there are also over 40 miles of paved bike paths available that connect Breckenridge with Frisco, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne and even Vail Pass. Shuttle services in town will even pick up your group in Frisco, enabling you to enjoy a mostly-downhill ride on the Blue River bike path from Breck.
Elevation Ski & Bike is right next door to our office and offers mountain and path bike rentals, along with trailers & tag-a-long for the kids. They are right across the street from the bike path and offer great rentals for that stroll down to Frisco or Lake Dillon.
Mountain Wave uniquely offers a shuttle service to the top of Vail Pass, allowing one to enjoy a spectacular 12-mile downhill ride to Frisco. Or if you’re feeling up to it, continue on to Breck for a 24-mile ride.
