Accounting Admin | Part-time, year-round position
We’re looking for a positive self-starter to join the accounting team. Primary duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, electronic filing & process documentation with other administrative duties as assigned. Experience with Quickbooks preferred, but will train the right person. 3 days/24 hours per week. Flexible part-time, year-round schedule during business hours Monday thru Friday. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Compensation range of $14-$17.00/hr DOE. Potential for full-time work through other company departments.
Housekeeping Inspector | Full-time, year-round position
Seeking a motivated individual with a drive for success. Primary duties include quality assurance inspections of recently cleaned properties, communication with contracted housekeepers and internal staff, light touch-up cleaning and other duties as assigned. Previous property inspection experience helpful, but not required. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping and the Director of Operations. Compensation range of $13-$15.00/hr DOE. Full-time, year-round schedule during business hours Monday thru Friday.
Maintenance (entry level) | Full-time, year-round position
This individual would assist the Operations department with common tasks such as snow removal, cleaning, light-duty unit maintenance, guest services and more. The position works closely with our Operations staff, and reports to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. Compensation range of $13-15.00/hr DOE. Full-time, Year-round position. Flexible schedule/shifts available. Paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, 401K and seasonal bonus. Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity.
Marketing Admin | Part-time, year-round position
Looking for an enthusiastic person to provide administrative duties in support of the implementation of our marketing strategies. Responsibilities include support in all company digital and direct marketing efforts, market & competitive analysis, coordination of digital assets, and other duties as assigned. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. Experience with CRM tools & website analytics software a plus. Reports to the Marketing Manager. Compensation range of $13-15.50/hr DOE. Part-time, year-round position. Flexible schedule/shifts available. Potential for full-time work through other company departments.
Front Office | Full-time, year-round position
This position would assist the daily front office with common tasks such as check-in and check-out of guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, and administrative tasks. Previous hospitality or guest service experience very helpful. The position reports to the Reservations Manager and the Assistant Reservations Manager. Compensation range of $13-15.00/hr DOE. Full-time, year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, 401K and seasonal bonus. Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity. The work schedule requires weekends, with midweek days off.
