Accounting Manager | Full-time, year-round

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the accounting functions and standard operating procedures for both the short-term rental business and the managed homeowner associations (HOAs). These duties include accounts receivables and payables, end-of-month and year-end processing, bank reconciliations, budgeting, payroll, human resources and other general operating functions. An ideal candidate would have a very analytical mind and work well with others. This position would work closely with our Reservations Manager, Owner Relations and Director of Operations staff, and include some homeowner and HOA Board member interaction. This individual would also report to the General Manager and Owner. Monday-Friday work schedule, with 4 weekend HOA meetings annually. Compensation range DOE. Seasonal bonus opportunity. Full-time, year-round.

Front Office | Part-time, seasonal

This part-time position would assist the daily front office with common tasks such as check-in and check-out of guests, administrative and clerical work, answering and transferring phone calls, light office cleaning and other tasks. This position would work closely with our current front office and reservations staff, and report to the Reservations & Front Office Manager. Saturday-Monday (3 days) minimally required. Exact hours each day are flexible. Candidate would ideally have experience with V12 reservations software, and/or some previous hospitality work. Work guaranteed only through late March, potentially into early April. Possibility of year-round work, depending on staffing levels at end of winter season. Compensation of $11-$12/hr. Part-time, year-round.
