We’re hiring for Front Office & Operations!


Front Office  | Full-time Year-round position

This position would assist the daily front office with common tasks such as check-in and check-out of guests, taking reservations, answering and transferring phone calls, administrative and clerical work and other tasks. This position would work closely with our current front office and reservations staff, and report to the Reservations & Front Office Manager.

Weekends required, and some early evenings required during ski season. Must have secured housing in Breckenridge. Candidate would ideally have some previous hospitality or guest service experience. Previous knowledge of V-12 software is helpful, but not required. Compensation of $12/hr, DOE. Full-time seasonal position. Seasonal bonus.

Operations & HOA Coordinator | Full-time Year-round position

This individual would play a key role assisting our Operations and Owner Relations departments with  daily business activities related to our short-term rental and association management lines of business. Some duties include coordination of owner services and some homeowner association communications. The position works closely with our Director of Homeowner Relations and the Director of Operations. Previous experience in the Breckenridge real estate or vacation rental market is preferred, but not required. Compensation range DOE. Full-time, year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, 401K and seasonal bonus.

Entry level Operations | Full-time Year-round position

This individual would assist the Operations department with common tasks such as snow removal, cleaning, light-duty unit maintenance, guest services and more. The position works closely with our Operations staff, and reports to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. Compensation range of $11-13.00/hr DOE. Full-time, Year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, 401K and seasonal bonus.
