Resident Manager/Operations

This entry-level position oversees the daily operations & cleaning of one of our rental properties and also assists with property management of nearby units. Primary responsibilities include daily cleaning of building common areas, snow removal, very light unit maintenance, routine walkthroughs of the property, working with contractors, assisting guests with any questions on-site, and some homeowner interaction. A Resident Manager’s apartment on-site is provided as part of the compensation, along with a base salary. The individual must be able to complete tasks thoroughly without constant supervision. Previous experience in a customer service, maintenance, or hospitality field is preferred.  Those with extensive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry experience need not apply. This position reports to the Director of Operations and to the Assistant Director of Operations. Full-time, year-round. Seasonal bonus.

Assistant Housekeeping Inspector

This individual assists with all property housekeeping inspections, owner arrival inspections, minor touch-ups, and ordering of supplies. The duties require daily interaction with housekeepers, co-workers and homeowners. This position would report directly to the Director of Housekeeping, the Director of Operations, and the Assistant Director of Operations. The work schedule requires weekends, with midweek days off. Previous housekeeping or inspection experience preferred, but not mandatory. Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity, and their own vehicle. Compensation range of $11-$12/hr. Seasonal bonus. Full-time, year-round.

Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity, and their own vehicle. Compensation range of $11-$12/hr. Seasonal bonus. Full-time, seasonal (employment through March 31, 2015).

Front Office

This entry-level position will handle check-in and -out of guests, answering and forwarding phones, administrative and clerical duties. This position reports to the Reservations & Front Office Manager. The work schedule requires weekends and some early evening hours, with midweek days off. Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge area. Compensation range of $10-$12/hr. Seasonal bonus. Full-time, seasonal (employment through March 31, 2015).
