We’re hiring for Front Office, Owner Relations & Marketing!


Front Office  | Full-time Year-round position

This position would assist the daily front office with common tasks such as check-in and check-out of guests, taking reservations, answering and transferring phone calls, administrative and clerical work and other tasks. This position would work closely with our current front office and reservations staff, and report to the Reservations & Front Office Manager.

Weekends required, and some early evenings required during ski season. Must have secured housing in Breckenridge. Candidate would ideally have some previous hospitality or guest service experience. Previous knowledge of V-12 software is helpful, but not required. Compensation of $12/hr, DOE. Full-time seasonal position. Seasonal bonus.

Homeowner Relations Manager | Full-time Year-round position

This individual would play a key role in the acquisition of new homeowners in our growing rental management program, along with owner relations with our existing owners. Additional duties would include coordination of owner services and some homeowner association communications. The position works closely with our Director of Homeowner Relations and the Director of Operations. Previous experience in the Breckenridge real estate or vacation rental market is highly preferred. Compensation range DOE. Full-time, year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, 401K and seasonal bonus.

Assistant Director of Operations | Full-time Year-round position

This position works closely with the Director of Operations in managing the daily maintenance, housekeeping and cleaning tasks as part of the vacation rental and homeowner association businesses. Some specific duties include supervising a staff of 6-8 individuals, coordination with housekeepers and other vendors, and some interaction with homeowners. This employee reports to the Director of Operations. Salary range of $35-$42K DOE. Full-time, Year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, life, medical and dependent care flex, 401K and seasonal bonus.

Entry level Operations | Full-time Year-round position

This individual would assist the Operations department with common tasks such as snow removal, cleaning, light-duty unit maintenance, guest services and more. The position works closely with our Operations staff, and reports to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. Compensation range of $11-13.00/hr DOE. Full-time, Year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, 401K and seasonal bonus.
