Assistant Housekeeping Inspector | Full-time Year-round

This position would assist the Housekeeping Inspector with the routine departure cleaning inspections of our rental properties. Inspecting the work of our contracted housekeepers to ensure the cleaning standards are met for our guests and owners is the primary responsibility, along with maintaining good working relationships with our housekeepers, homeowners and co-workers. Additionally, this individual would inspect after the annual deep cleans in our property, perform unit inventory reports, complete damage inspection reports, organize our linen and supply room, and other functions. This position would work closely with our contracted housekeepers and Operations staff, and report to the Housekeeping Inspector, the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. 5-day work week, with weekends required, with two mid-week days off. Compensation DOE. Full-time, year-round.

Operations  | both Full-time Year-round and Part-time seasonal positions available

These positions would assist the maintenance department with common tasks such as light-duty unit maintenance, guest services, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping and more.  These individuals would work closely with our Operations and Front Office staff, and report to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. Compensation range of $11-12.50/hr DOE. Full-time, year-round & part-time, seasonal positions both available.
