Accounting Manager | Full-time Year-round position
This person is responsible for the general accounting functions of the company’s rental and homeowner association (HOA) management businesses. Duties include accounts receivable and payable, payroll, bank reconciliation, end-of-month processing, financial statement preparation, budgeting, sales tax, and human resource tasks. This position works closely with our General Manager and the department directors.
Monday-Friday schedule. Candidate must have experience with Quickbooks. Previous knowledge of hospitality/property management software is helpful, but not required. Compensation range DOE. Full-time year-round position. Seasonal bonus.

Entry level Operations | Full-time Year-round position
This individual would assist the Operations department with common tasks such as snow removal, cleaning, light-duty unit maintenance, guest services and more. The position works closely with our Operations staff, and reports to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations. Compensation range of $11-13.00/hr DOE. Full-time, Year-round position. Paid time off, health, dental, 401K and seasonal bonus.
