Chad Christy, President & Owner –

Chad oversees every aspect of Great Western Lodging’s business. Chad has worked in the property management field since moving to Breckenridge in 1987 and started Great Western Lodging (GWL) in May of 1997. He is passionate that a locally owned and operated business will always deliver better service to their customers. Chad has a strong knowledge of the local and regional markets, and is an interested party in the growth and development of Breckenridge. He lives in Breckenridge and enjoys time with his dogs, along with skiing, biking & hiking, and kiteboarding when visiting coastal destinations.

Jeff Cospolich, Vice President & General Manager –

Jeff Cospolich | Vice President & General ManagerJeff is responsible for all aspects of the business, with a concentration on marketing and advertising. He has a degree in English Language & Linguistics from Louisiana State University. Since moving to Summit County in 1995, Jeff has been working in several aspects of resort management, and has been with GWL since the start in 1997. A strong attention to detail and work ethic make Jeff a vital component of our overall operation. He also sits on the Breckenridge Tourism Office Board of Directors, chairs the Breckenridge Open Space Advisory Committee,  is active in the Breckenridge Lodging Association, and in the past has worked on the USA Pro Cycling Challenge Local Organizing Committee. Jeff enjoys living in Breck with his wife and daughter, and can often be found skiing, snowboarding, biking and simply enjoying the sun.

Keith Kroepler, Owner Relations, Acquisitions & HOA Mgmt –

KeithAttending to our owners’ needs and overseeing the operations of the associations managed by Great Western Lodging, Keith has a degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College in Illinois, and professional experience in accounting, finance & sales. Keith moved to Breckenridge in 1992, and has been in the property management field for over 20 years. He has been assisting GWL and its owners and associations since 2001. When not at work, Keith enjoys cross country, downhill & water skiing, and hiking with his wife Debbie & their two Golden Retrievers.

Brian Juchno, Director of Operations – 

BrianBrian is responsible for managing the daily operations of unit maintenance, housekeeping, daily check-in/out inspections, and the property management of One Breckenridge Place, Park Avenue Lofts, Riverbend Lodge and Sawmill Creek Condominiums. He started working for Great Western Lodging back in 1999, and has always displayed a strong hands-on work ethic that has adapted well to the property management environment. Brian attended Springfield College, where he studied Outdoor Recreation Management, and has been working in the construction trades for over twenty years.

Peyton Rogers, Director of Sales –

PeytonPeyton is in charge of all sales efforts with the following areas of concentrations: group sales, travel partner relationships, website events and promotions, and managing the reservations system. Peyton moved to Breckenridge in 1996 and worked in either property management or in the ski area industries ever since she arrived. She has been pushing the GWL sales force since 2010. Peyton has served on the Breckenridge Central Reservations Board of Directors and the Breckenridge Marketing Advisory Committee, and currently is a strong voice in the lodging community as secretary of the Breckenridge Lodging Association.

Monika Dydek-Niemkiewicz, Housekeeping Manager –

MonicaMonika works directly with Brian Juchno attending to the daily requirements of scheduling and inspecting the contracted cleaners. She has been managing our housekeeping department since 2003. Monika’s previous work experience with another property management firm in town has helped create and enforce the highest housekeeping standards.

Hilary Warner, Reservations & Front Desk Manager –

HilaryHilary manages all aspects of the guest interaction from the initial reservation to the check-in/out process. Originally from Hilton Head, SC, Hilary moved to Colorado in 2004 to attend the University of Colorado Boulder where she earned her Bachelors. A local of Breckenridge since 2011, Hilary enjoys all things the high country has to offer: Skiing, hiking, and camping.

Candace Bruns, Marketing Manager –

candacebrunsheadshotbwCandace is in charge of our marketing efforts, including email, social media, and the numerous marketing channels we work with: Tripadvisor, HomeAway, and VRBO just to name a few. Candace has over 8 years of experience in Marketing and has lived in Summit County for 4. When not working you will find Candace on the mountain snowboarding in the winter, or hiking and backpacking with her husband, Tim, and dog, Tanks, in the summer.
