This condo is one of our best values for an in-town two bedroom unit. This beautiful Breckenridge lodging accommodation is located just two blocks off of Main Street and about 250 yards to the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The unit is about 1,200 square feet and is one of our most spacious two bedrooms. Features include flatscreen televisions in the living area and each bedroom, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The building offers an underground heated garage parking, indoor hot tubs and a steam sauna. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs right down the street. There is a rustic wood fireplace with additional wood supplied in the garage.

The Condo is quite large for a two bedroom. Deco is in the theme of Colorado skiing. The condo is right across the street from buses or ~400 yard walk to ski lift & downtown so location is great. Price is a very good value too. The extra single bed in the room with two beds is a bit short for an adult. Overall very nice.

The location was great and an easy walk to the lifts. If you have someone that can drive you, it was a little easier to drop off skiers at Beaver Run as the closer lift (Quick Silver) was very busy in the mornings. Hot tubs on site were nice, the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tubs are worth the short walk - of course the weather was beautiful when we were there - in the mid 50's so outdoor was preferred during our stay. We had 6 people in our party and the unit was plenty spacious for all of us. We had planned on using the pull out couch but it was very uncomfortable. We thought the beds were hard, I saw another review stating that they thought the beds were comfortable, so this is likely just personal preference on if you like a hard or a soft bed. Kitchen could use a few items - would have liked a vegetable grater (carrots, etc.) a better fry pan for eggs/omelets, and a good serrated knife for cutting bread. Perhaps the biggest thing to improve the kitchen would be HOT PADS, we had to use the towels as oven mitts. Would also maybe add one to two spare kitchen towels under the sink as two for the week was tough and I really didn't want to do laundry. Other than that, the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Good be better organized so that you had a dedicated spot to store your food instead of having to rearrange cabinets. The location to downtown was just perfect, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Agree with parking that more than one parking spot would have been nice, but we parked in the $5 a day parking and since you could mostly walk to everything, it really wasn't a big deal.

Overall great experience. Great location, close to town and ski lifts. However, we ran short on towels and toilet paper, could be better stocked with said items.

My family rented this place so we could easily get to the ski hill and have a comfortable place to relax afterwards. It was a spacious and cozy unit - the kitchen was great (and mostly well stocked ) and the living room was very comfortable with ample seating for our 6 people. We were very happy with the unit and the short walk to the ice sculptures and the Peak 9 lift. Only complaints: parking for only one vehicle (nice that one car had a garage but the other car we had to park a 10 min drive away for a fee), and the hot tub in our building was closed the entire time we were there (there was the other hot tub and pool a short walk away but it would've been nice to access the other hot tub). Overall though we would rent again since the location was wonderful!
