Description

Walk to historic Main Street in Breckenridge for dining, shopping and nightlife, or take a quick walk to the base of Peak 9 from this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Beautifully decorated with modern mountain furnishings along with stainless steel appliances, this condo includes panoramic views of the mountains, and access to outdoor hot tubs.

Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is located on the free shuttle route. This condo has an incredible view to the ski area, all new appliances Fall 2013 and is perfectly set up for the larger family.

All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Really nice condo. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location to ski out of Peak 9 and the Maggie. Easy 8 min. walk to the lifts and 5 min walk to town.
Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable for our stay. Very convenient parking. Also, a beautiful view of the mountain!

Condo location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but clean. Great for our family. No A/C like most of the area so be prepared to have windows open in warm months. They did have plug in fans that helped. It is located on Main St so you can hear the traffic especially with windows open. I am a light sleeper so I just wore ear plugs that took care of extra noise. View from back balcony was beautiful. Community is wonderfully maintained. Love all the flowers and landscaping!

We were looking for a new family getaway in the midst of COVID. Breckenridge was just what we needed. We were able to do a few safe activities, but mostly we stayed at the condo reading, playing games, watching movies, and just relaxing. The 40* temperature difference from Phoenix didn’t hurt either. The condo is so close to downtown we rarely used the shuttle, opting to walk instead. We did have a issue with the second toilet, and they had someone there right away to fix it.

Loved this place. Great location. Unit was very clean and updated. Only concern - beware the fees and taxes! Advertised as $199 per night but by the time they added the cleaning fees, taxes etc, - the actual price was over $300 per night. Read the fine print!!

We loved everything about the property. The location is great, the beds were comfy, everything was very clean. Only issue was there were multiple toasters that didn’t work and the blender was broken as well. Since we cooked a lot at “home” those things would have been nice, but not make or break. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

Very clean. We were all able to walk to the Maggie for skiing and easily walk down Main Street for evening activities. Only issue was the condo did get hot during the night. We would book this condo again for future trips to Breck.

The condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and well taken care of. It is within short walking distance to main street. The views were incredible. The only downside is the heat. We would have it set on 64 and it would be 73 or 75 in the unit. We cracked doors and windows to cool off the unit. This wouldn't keep us from renting the unit again though.

The only reason it isn’t getting five stars is because of the temperature. We were unable to regulate the heat. It was 20 degrees outside and very warm inside. We even turned the heat off and it was still registering 72 degrees. Otherwise, the view was fantastic and it was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for a family ski vacation. We would definitely rent it again.

We loved our stay at this property in Breckenridge. Check-in/out was easy and staff were around to answer questions when we were at the location. Very clean, beautiful condo. Hot tub was close by and restaurants/shops too. Looking forward to returning.

The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. View and location are great. Our only complaint, and reason for 4 stars was how hot the bedrooms get. We kept windows open during day and used fans at night, but there is nothing to move the air throughout the condo (ceiling fan) so it is hard to keep cool while sleeping unless you are willing to keep windows open at night and we choose not to, because they overlook the walkway at complex. However, we would stay here again because all the pros outweigh this one con.

This was a magnificent condo. It had the best mountain views and in an excellent location, weather permitting, you could walk to Main Street! Rugs were somewhat dirty and the second bedroom was hot BUT neither of those would stop me from stayin here again. I rather it be on the warmer side than cold. Stay here, you will not regret it! Fireplace was a great feature too. Till next time Breck!!

This is a great condo that is close to Main Street. We enjoyed staying here and loved the big hot tub and rec room. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs. 5 stars is because the carpets were filthy. They need to be, at a minimum, deep cleaned - maybe even replaced. Another reason is because the rec room seemed to be only open certain hours and those hours weren't posted. It would be nice to have it open in the evenings.

Great location, great room, great hot tub, with a Great price!

The only complaint that I had was that the room was very hot, as someone else mentioned below. After the first night, we slept with windows open in each room and the problem was solved. Not sure what the issue was as both thermostats were set as low as they could go.

**NOTE: This would not stop me from staying in this unit again.**

We stayed in this same unit in 2015 ( see previous review below). Perfect for our family of five. We like this unit/complex since it has 1) nice views, 2) easy walk to Main Street, 3) high quality. Nice hot tub and a game room on the grounds too. Our only complaint was the lackluster shower heads.

We've used great western lodging for more years than I can remember and have always had great service and fair prices.

This is our third trip to Breck, but the first time during the summer. It's such a different experience but so much fun! We hiked the Sawmill trail which was a nice hike for kids with a beautiful spot for a picnic by the lake. We went whitewater rafting and also spent a day at the Peak 8 fun park. It's been a fabulous, active family vacation! We will be back!

The unit was great except for the heating. Although it was very cold outside, the unit on the inside stayed in the mid to upper 70's. We had the thermostats turned way back and the fireplace off. We had to open the doors at times just to cool the rooms off and we had to sleep with the windows cracked. The unit appears to have some kind of radiant heating in the walls or floors because there are no air vents. This unit was very nice and convenient to Quicksilver lift (Peak 9), but the heat was an issue. I can't recommend until I know the heat situation is solved.

Lovely unit, tastefully decorated with extra little touches such as games for children and adults. We had an amazing view of the USA Pro Challenge bike racers coming into Breckenridge by just stepping out onto the porch as they raced to the finish line. This was our second visit and we'll definitely come again.

We stayed with our older children and found the condo spacious, artfully decorated and very comfortable. Great place to relax and enjoy the down time between all of the activities available in the area. The condo has all the comforts of home (big screen tv, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.) and a gorgeous mountain view! Short, easy walk to everything in town, including countless restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Condo is in a great location on the south end of Main Street. Full size washer and dryer are very handy. The second bedroom could have slept five kids, so very roomy for our three kids. Wonderful views from the deck. The,aster bedroom backs to highway 9, so the noise can be distracting at night if you need the windows open on the summer. Condo has a nice community game room, but was missing some items necessary to play games. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was easy to get to, right off of Main St. and had lots of parking. It was spacious, with glorious views of the ski resort . Our family of five had more than enough room in the two bedrooms and large common areas. The full kitchen was great on nights when we wanted to stay in and cook, and really saved money with the ability to make breakfasts in the morning. The washer and dryer took the pressure off of when to wear what for the week. Being so close to town and the slopes, we rarely had to use the car. The decor was upscale and up to date. Very tasteful. Kids loved the hot tub and game room, not to mention the big tv for cable sports and cartoons!
