Description

Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is located on the free shuttle route, it is also just a 12 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. This is a great ski area facing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, with a private hot tub, and a loft.

All guests can enjoy the very large outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Primary bedroom: King Bed

Second bedroom: 2 Twin Beds that can be converted into a King Bed

Third bedroom: Captain Bunk Bed (Twin Bed over a Queen Bed) with a Trundle

Loft: Trundle Bed

*No Pets, No Smoking and No Air Conditioning

We brought our family of seven to this location. First time in Breckenridge and this townhouse. The location is perfect great walking distance to the ski slopes and downtown. I will definitely come here again.

What a great condo with spectacular views all around. Close walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, ski hill and hiking trails along Blue River. I would highly recommend this condo and all it has to offer.

We had such a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon! Beautiful place with beautiful mountain views. The condo was spacious, clean, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub on the outdoor deck. The condo is centrally located and is walking distance from downtown. We would love to come back and stay here again!!

The air bnb was super close to everything and in a convenient location for any vacation needs. The private hot tub was a great addition to the place and the views were amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend this stay to anyone and absolutely would stay here again.

Great location and nice condo. Decently equipped kitchen. Loved the Mountain view.

What a wonderful place. Very clean, well maintained accommodations. Only comment would be water pressure but may not be able to do much about that. Otherwise, would highly recommend this condo/townhouse.

Great location close to town. We stayed at the east Corral last time and this was just as nice. Great view from the deck in the hot tub. Hot tub means there is no room for sitting on the deck though, keep this in mind if this is important to you! The unit was nicely furnished and it was great having the third bedroom and loft. We had 2 families with a total of 4 kids. We thought the third bedroom was the bunk bed and trundle where we could have the kids stay, but that was actually the king bed. It all still worked out. Garage was nice to have the ability to park two cars. Always a good experience with GW Lodging.

This was our second stay at 304W and again we loved it. Great Western Lodging staff was great, assisting with questions while making reservations and very easy check-in/checkout. The condo is a great location in proximity to town, we walked everywhere. Good views from deck. The kitchen was fully stocked, unit was clean. Layout was great for our 2 family visit. Game Room was a great option for our teens. If I had to offer a couple of minor suggestions for the unit, the shower heads in all the bathrooms need to be fixed/replaced. Understanding that low flow type is best to conserve water, but they're not firing on all cylinders so it was more of a "dribble" than a shower. Hot Tub bubbler was also not working.

This condo is amazing. It comfortably held all 8 of us. It was convenient to walk to Chalet Skis, Quicksilver Lift, and Main St to shop and eat. We will definitely be returning.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids in our group. The place was very adequate and location was great. Has a very nice view. The private garage was a nice touch. To be picky...needs more lighting in bedrooms but not a deterrent from leasing again.

Great location walking distance to Gondola. Private hot tub rocks. Private garage. Plenty of room for our large group. The view of the entire Breckenridge Mountain is outstanding. Short walk into all the town of Breck has to offer. Can't wait to get back again!

Layout is spacious enough for 6 people. View from the balcony are amazing, direct view of the entire mountain which makes for a great setting when hanging out in the hot tub. Unit was clean and staff was responsive when I had any questions. Also, and easy 5 minute walk to the quicksilver chair lift.

Our group of six spent two weeks in this fantastic condo. The location provides an easy walk to both town, and the Quicksilver chairlift, even for our youngsters carrying their own skis. At the end of the day the space and furnishings provided us with plenty of room to relax and feel at home, and the spacious kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The awesome view just caps off this condo, it is hard not to just stare out the windows, or sit in the hot tub and relax with the mountains as a backdrop. We highly recommend this unit and will stay there again.

We travel around the country for our Army reunion and found this to be just a fantastic site for this year's get-together. Nice pots and pans, great heating unit, very clean facility and an awesome property manager in Rob. Of course the views, hot tub, location and the garage were most appreciated but just having no-hassle experience as we spent a lot of time in this unit made us all happy.

Really great space for our big group of guys! Great view of the mountain from the condo and hot tub. Common areas (dining area and living room) were large enough to accommodate everyone in our group. Easy walk to ski/snowboard rentals and lifts. Short walk to downtown that has great shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this unit!

The views of the mountain are spectacular. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. My favorite thing after skiing is to use the hot tub and enjoy the view. Best view in the Corral. We'll be back. We love it!

Love this condo!! You couldn't ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance - slopes, town for shopping and dining. The view from this unit is awesome, straight from a postcard. We had a group of six and had more than enough room. The multiple bathrooms made getting ready quick and easy. Love this place and look forward to coming back.

The views of the surrounding mountains and the ski resort are incredible! Nothing like soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and being able to see the whole mountain laid out in front of you from the spa. This unit was wonderful choice for our ski trip. Close and convenient to the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants downtown. Comfy for a good size group with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this unit. I will be staying there again.
