We had a great stay at this nice Main Street Station condo. The condo was very clean, and in a great location, walking distance into town. The only thing we were surprised about with this unit is the old tube TVs. This unit would be perfect if it had new flat screen TVs. Other than that, everything else was great!

Main Street Station is the place to stay. Great location! Really the only upgrade that is necessary....The T.V.'s. Too nice of a place for those old things. HOWEVER, we came to ski and enjoy Breck and we did!! Thanks Hilary @ G.W. Lodging!!

The condo and the location were excellent. However we were very surprised that an upscale condo like this had old fashioned tube-type TV's in both the living area as well as the bedroom. This one issue kept me from giving a five star rating.

Great Western Lodging was great in helping me choose a property for our family. Great location on the edge of town and quiet. Our rental was a 1 BR queen bed with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. While the bed was average comfort, our teenagers said the sofa sleeper was far from being comfortable and this unit was too small and cozy for our family of four. Odd layout in the living room and the TV, not a flat screen TV, was above the gas fireplace on a shelf, making it uncomfortable for viewing. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator in the kitchen and plates/glasses very basic. Disappointed though that there was no shampoo, soap or other toiletries offered in many rental units. Serious downside on this rental was the parking - an underground parking garage, extremely difficult to maneuver around in and to find the area of our unit. Parking garage less than 7' clearance so if you have skis or a roof top storage box, your car will not fit. We left our car in the garage and walked everywhere in town.

This is our second rental through Great Western Lodging. Their prices are great and the units are good but if you don't already know the area you are looking at you may not be happy with them. Gw is a low cost rental management company without daily maid service (which for us is just fine). Both times we have rented with them, the listed provided numbers of towels were not provided in the unit. We had exactly one dishtowel for our stay. Also, the keys to the unit we rented did not work. This was quite inconvenient as the unit was a car ride away from the rental office. Gw did send an employee down with replacements but upon receiving the replacements we could see that it was just sloppiness that resulted in our keys not working. The keys we received were not for the unit we rented (the unit # is on the key). On a separate note, it seems having the unit number on a key might present a security risk. There is not a safe in unit #1404. Regarding unit #1404, the pull out couch is really terrible. It worked ok for 2 teenagers but only because they could sleep on the floor just as well. I would not recommend it for 2 adults. The tv's in the unit are very old. It is impossible to see the living room tv from anywhere except the couch. To get to the hot tub for this unit, one must take the elevator to the parking garage, walk through the parking garage, then take the elevator up to the Main Building's health center. The hot tubs per se are nice but getting to them was really not worth the walk through the basement parking garage. Overall, I would rent again from Great Western and I would look at units at the base of Peak 9 (it is a great location) but would probably not rent this unit again.

We rented this room, assured that it was adequate for four people, with one bedroom and a sofa bed. The bedroom was great! The sofa bed was the worst I have ever seen! It was completely unsleepable. We put the mattress on the floor with enough improvement that we were able to make due but still it was terribly uncomfortable. We ended up at Walmart buying sleeping bags for the remainder of our stay. We rotated the bed and sleeping bags back and forth between husband/son and wife/daughter - for the duration of our stay. We own rental properties along the Gulf and would never expect anyone to pay for sleeping conditions such as this! The room was not ready for us upon arrival even though we arrived an hour after regular check in time, we had to roam around the town while we waited on a call that the room was ready. There is no daily service in this facility. The room was clean and presented well (decor, etc.) The location is great - walking distance to anything within Breck.
