Featuring contemporary furnishings, spacious floorplan, washer/dryer, grill, and flat screen tv, this townhome is one of our more popular choices for larger families. Guests also enjoy the private outdoor hot tub and garage parking plus access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool. This townhome is right on the corner of Park Avenue and Upper Village Rd, making it the closest One Breckenridge Place townhomes to the base of Peak 9!

We have stayed in Breckenridge several times before this trip, and this was, by far, our favorite place to stay. The location made it ideal for easily getting kids to ski school, quick access to the lifts and short walk to restaurants and shops. The unit itself is very spacious with comfortable beds, lots of seating the the living area, and well stocked kitchen. The hot tub located directly off the main living area was an added bonus. Our entire group of 5 adults and 2 kids loved this rental!

This condo is very conveniently located just a short distance from Main Street and some great restaurants. The hot tub was in excellent condition and was a real high point. There are some maintenance issues like burned out light bulbs, missing screens on windows, etc., but overall a very comfortable and enjoyable location for a family vacation.

Spacious and clean property that was perfect for our extended family of 6. Literally 200M to the Quicksilver lift and 250M from all Main Street has to offer.

Would definitely stay again

The location was ideal and close to everything, short walk to main st. Will definitely use this host and place again. The hot tub was delightful get into after a day on the slopes.

Plenty of room for our family and a great location. The hot tub was great! I was nervous bc previous reviews stated it wasn’t functioning or broken, but it was great! A few things needed repair, but nothing major that would damper our stay. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for our spring break. We will definitely be back.

This condo is in great location. Less than 5 minutes to the base of the Quicksilver Chair and easy walk to Main Street and downtown. The hot tub on the deck was great. The condo had everything we needed and a good layout and was very clean, Our only complaint was with the beds. It seems to be time for new mattresses on all of the beds, which were generally uncomfortable and showing wear - the bunk beds were particularly bad with springs that could be felt in places. The pull out mattress in the living room was so bad as to be unusable. It literally felt like sleeping directly on hard metal springs. We had intended to use that for a couple of teenagers, but had to reconfigure our sleeping plans once we felt it. Overall, highly recommend the condo other than bed comfort.

Great Location, 2-3 minute walk to Quicksilver lift, about the same to Main St. Loved the hot tub, management very quick to respond to a minor issue. Check-in / Check-out very easy. Garage parking was great (we had a mid size SUV)and plenty of room for a second vehicle in the drive way. Very convenient to have a pass code for the garage so not every one needs a key. Really liked the open floor plan for cooking and hanging out with the whole group. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time this past weekend. Proximity to everything was perfect! The only thing that was missing was a working hot tub. Otherwise it was a great time!

Nice and spacious 3BR 3BA townhome. We enjoyed the large hot tub and easy walk to and from restaurants and shopping. Could use some new pots and pans, but other than that, it is a great spot for larger groups of families and friends.

One Breckenridge Place #11 is amazing! Only a block from downtown made all activities very accessible. Very close to hiking trails, Frisco, and Lake Dillon. Only downside was sheets needed to be deeper. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a truly special stay in Breck!

Plenty of room for our party of 9: 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Everything was within a 5-minute walk. The condo had plenty of room for us all to relax. All 3 bedrooms have a private bath and a garage to store our bicycles. The jacuzzi was used every night. We will be back!

Great Western is one of the best places to reserve in Breck. Their staff is very helpful!

One Breck Place is a great location and quality property. Great Western keeps everything clean upon arrival

I would do 5 stars but this particular property (#11) is not as updated as the other at One a Breck. The owners might want to check things out (carpet, window coverings, electrical, faucets, doors, cabinets, kitchen furnishings, living room furniture). All need attention.

We were looking for a nice affordable ski-in/ski-out location with plenty of room for our 2 kids (5 & 7) and our friends family with a 3 yr. old. This townhome met all our requirements! It was a short walk across the street and up an alley to the lift. Our kids had no problem carrying their boots while we carried skis. The place was clean and plenty of room for our families. The hot tub was a definite plus and was up to temperature when we walked in. We would easily stay here again!

This place has plenty of room of our family to stay which is great .We also like the location because it's only about a 4 minute walk to Main Street for shopping and going out to eat. The staff was great and very attentive to some small things that we needed. Would stay here again!

Travel to Breckenridge every other year for skiing and stayed at other accommodation for first few trips.
We have stayed at one Breckenridge place for past four visits and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
3 large bedrooms with lots of storage and an excellent living area for socialising.
Ideally placed for skiing being less than 5 minutes walk from four o clock run.
Also less than 5 minutes from town centre.
Brilliant stay and would recommend it to family and friends alike
