Description

This is a beautiful three bedroom townhome, located just 200 yards from the Quicksilver Chairlift and one block walk to historic Main Street. Take some time and relax on your private deck featuring your own private hot tub and beautiful south-facing views. This townhome features beautiful furnishings, spacious vaulted floorplan, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and a garage. Guest will also have access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool located behind the complex.

Great rental and location. Stayed with husband, son and his friend (both 17). Unit is very comfortable, very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Thoughtful planning (towels, tissues, soaps, etc). So convenient to QuickSilver lift. Easy walk. Teens can come and go on their own schedule. Also easy walk to Main Street Breck for lunch, dinner, shopping. Give 4 stars instead of 5 only because Unit is older/a bit dated. But comfortable and convenient - so highly recommend. Hot tub a huge plus. And gas fireplace very nice. Had a wonderful stay in Breck! What a great mountain.

Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Short drive from some of the hiking trails. Check in and checkout were extremely easy. Beautiful partial view of the mountains from the hot tub!

Only wish we could have stayed longer. The photos looked great online, and in the rare instance, the reality exceeded them. We were very happy to find the place to be extremely clean, well stocked. and fully functional. We look forward to visiting again.

Really can't wait to get back to this place. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the ski lift and town. The unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub.
The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating every meal in. Great place for a COVID getaway.

Had a very enjoyable stay at One Breckenridge Place. Greeted in a very courteious and informative manner at Great Western checkin. Unit was clean with fresh supply of sheets and towels for 8 people. Several smoke detectors were malfunctioning but GW promptly supplied new batteries which remedied the problem. Great time had by all !

Nice place. Good proximity to lifts and town. Based on price, bedding and linens need to be updated. Thermostat is ancient so either too hot or too cold all the time. Needs outdoor barbecue.

It’s a comfortable and clean unit although bed mattresses could be better especially in guest bedrooms. Everything was working and in a good condition. One issue we had was with the thermostat. It was either too cold or too hot. We could never nail the right temp. We used hot tub outside and it was fun. The hot tub is quite new and in excellent condition. It comes with a garage and one additional space in front of the garage. Very conveniently located. 5 minute walk to the ski lift and equally short walk to the Main Street.

You can not beat this location. Walking across the street and through an ally, puts you at the base of peak 9 and the Quicksilver ski lift. This is also the location of ski school for children & adults. It's beyond convenient to everything. Staying in this location could prevent you from having to rent a car. You can walk everywhere you need to go, to include downtown Breckenridge which is about a 5 to 8 minute walk. The main living space of this condo is amazing. The Master is huge. However the main level only has the Master Bath as an option for guest to use but that wasn't a problem for our family. The kitchen was large and open to the main living area which was wonderful. The hot tub was one of the best we have ever used while renting a condo in Breckenridge. There was plenty of seating at the table for our entire family. The two bedrooms downstairs had their own private full baths which was very nice. With the bunk bed in one of the rooms, 4 kids can share that room if needed.
My only issue the whole week was how COLD the two downstairs bedrooms stayed. If you cranked up the heater, you couldn't breath on the main level. If the main level was at a comfortable temp, the two bedrooms downstairs were ice boxes. The unit did have a lot of blankets that helped but I'm a very warm natured person and I was extremely uncomfortable sleeping in such cold temps, even with 4 blankets on the bed. I don't know what would fix this, other than space heaters (scary with kids though).
Plan to wear sweat pants and a sweat shirt to bed and pack warm pj's for the kids if you are sleeping downstairs.

Perfect ;location- walk to Main St., bus lot nearby, close walk to lift. Townhouse is very comfortable and nice to have a bath with each bedroom. Master bedroom and bath a little too cold but overall no complaints. As always, having a private hot tub is a plus.
