Guest will also have access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool located behind the complex.

This was a great place to stay! It had lots of room for the family of 5. It was very comfortable for everyone. The location afforded us to walk to town with easy access to restaurants and shops. Can't forget the gondola up to the park. It was an easy walk to that as well. We all had a great stay.

After a quick change at the start of our stay to OB15, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Breckenridge. The condo is really well appointed and it provided everything we could have asked for on our first visit to the town. Close to Beaver Run, great lounge area and kitchen and the bedrooms were really comfortable. Great stay in the snow.

We enjoyed our stay, especially having close access to the restaurants and activities on Main St. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies at night with a fire after a day of hiking.

This property is exactly as you see it in the photos, well kept, organized, and well furnished. Be aware that this property, as most in Breckenridge, does not have A/C, but even in our summer vacation, it was not needed; just slept with the screened windows open and were very comfortable. Walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants as well as the gondola. The only minor criticism would be that the water pressure was low, especially in the master shower and kitchen. The GWL staff were friendly and welcoming at checkin, and checkout was easy as leaving the keys in a drop box. We will definitely consider GWL again for our future stays in Breckenridge.

Close to town and the lifts, met all of our family's needs for a gret ski getaway. Comfortable decorations made it feel more like home than a rental, the huge tv in the living room was definitively a plus. Had one minor issue with the bathroom shower which was fixed in a timely manner upon calling the office. Will be bringing my family back again soon!
