Description

This spacious three bedroom townhome is located within walking distance to both the Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift and historic Main Street. This corner unit's open floorplan features granite countertops, a gas fireplace, and extra dining room seating. When it is time to rest after a hard day of skiing, this property is equipped with flatscreen TVs in the living room, and each bedroom as well as a Blueray player in the living room. With its larger beds, it is also often requested by groups of couples. The Upper Village Pool area is adjacent to One Breckenridge Place and features an outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Unit was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Located perfectly between the slopes and town. Walk to the lift is on the edge of being too far. We chose to load the car, drop everyone off at the Village and then just one of us walk. Pickup at the end of the day was easiest at Beaver Run. Great Western quickly responded to the issue we had with the hot tub. Check-in/out was a breeze. Had a great time.

Nice rental. Corner unit. Fully equipped kitchen. 5-7ish minute walk to the Snowflake lift in ski boots. Minor issue with the hot tub which management addressed quickly. Super close to town and the upper village pool. Great stay, would recommend.

Amazing rental. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Perfect location, just a block from lifts and downtown. Perfect for couples as every room has its own bathroom! Can't wait to stay again!

This townhouse was the perfect spot for our family’s Easter ski trip. Walked to the many fantastic restaurants in town each evening; short walk to the quicksilver lift and ski school drop off each morning. High ceilings and huge windows, a lovely big fire and a private hot tub made this the perfect retreat from the unusually cold April weather we had. It was a big place for four of us.

Just a block from the lifts and the village, this property is a superb location. The decor was cohesive and the humidifiers for each room was a personal touch. The living room space is more than enough room for our 7 guests including a toddler. The kitchen, gas grill, and washer/dryer were used on a daily basis. My favorite experience was having a beer while sitting with my family in the hot tub on our patio after a long day on the mountain. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent location and overall perfect unit for our vacation. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs (street level) with one main bedroom / bath on the upstairs floor. Wouldn't change a thing about this unit. The hot tub was sparkling clean, and someone even came mid-week to clean and check the chemical levels. As others may have mentioned, the HVAC does vary quite a bit between rooms, and particularly between upstairs/downstairs. It does take some opening/closing of vents to make the unit overall comfortable. A special note about GWLodging and their attention to renters: When we notified them via email that we needed new frying pans (non stick was worn-out / one was warped), a pleasant knock at the door two hours later yielded two brand-new frying pans without any delay or question. This may seem small, but made an annoyance into a very pleasant experience.

The property is very nice and we loved it. It would have been nice to been able to adjust the heat.

We had a great mini vacation at this property. It was clean, and everything went smoothly. The kitchen is fully equipped and it felt like home. The only negative was having to take the shuttle bus to the slopes. You could walk like the description says, but it brings you to one of the more crowded lifts on the mountain. We did walk home each day. All in all though, we had a great time and would highly recommend this rental!

We really enjoyed the location of this property!! It was very close to the Beaver Run ski lifts. You could walk down about 100 yards towards town to a parking lot and catch a bus to the lift. Buses run every 15 minutes and it is about a 3 minute ride right to the lift. If you want to walk, it is probably a 5 minute walk up hill. The property is also just across the street from Main Street (3 minute walk) which was perfect if you wanted to go out on the town for a bit. The condo itself was nice! Our only complaints were the cleanliness and size of the hot tube and the beds downstairs were uncomfortable. The hot tube was VERY cloudy, especially during the day! Overall, we hade a very good time and enjoyed our stay!

Better than the pictures! Beautiful property! well maintained and very clean. Everything worked perfectly including the hot tub and fireplace. I would stay here again! It was only a 5 minute walk to the lifts, I highly recommend this property!

The condo was wonderful! Great location to town and very spacious nicely set up with everything in the kitchen you would need. The hot tub was wonderful!! The only problem we had was a wifi issue which the management staff responded to very quickly!! A great place to stay overall

We stayed with 3 couples and it was perfect as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Right across the street from downtown made for a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again anytime!!

We were there with our daughter, son-in-law, and 3-year-old granddaughter. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were wonderful and we enjoyed the spacious living areas. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and we were able to make a nice Father’s Day brunch for the guys even though it required 4 frying pans! The location was near perfect and we loved the convenience of being able to walk into town. We would definitely recommend this unit.

We just got back from a fantastic 6 night stay at One Breckenridge Place 17. Overall, it was an excellent place to call home for a week. The location is great for skiing or walking around downtown Breckenridge. It was a comfortable place to relax, either on the sofas in the living room or in the small hot tub on the deck.

The kitchen is very well stocked and our group made meals for a crowd every day. There were plenty of nice dishes, glasses and silverware to serve everyone. The knives and cookware were of very good quality for a vacation rental. The stainless appliances were nice and I appreciated the convection oven. The kitchen is compact but we managed to have 4 of us working in there at one time without bumping into each other.

The living area on the main floor is really well laid out and comfortably furnished. The living room has a nice leather sofa and love seat facing the fireplace and TV. The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a bar with 3 stools. The main dining table has 6 seats. There is also a small table in the living room with 4 seats. The seating was wonderful for our group as the adults and kids could all hang out comfortably in the main living area. This is an end unit with lots of light due to the extra windows.

The large master suite is on the main floor with the kitchen/dining/living areas. We didn't stay in that room so I can't review it. However, the bedroom and the bathroom are both huge. Downstairs, there were 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the garage and a laundry area. It was fantastic having the laundry as we could limit the amount we had to pack. Our bedroom had a comfortable queen sized bed with extra pillows and blankets in the closet if needed. The large closet also had several hangers and a blanket chest. We used the drawers in the nightstands for other clothing storage because there was no chest of drawers in this room. It was surprisingly quiet in our room even when the whole group was home together.

Great Western Lodging was very responsive when we contacted them regarding the few small issues we had with our unit. They made sure things were fixed quickly. I would highly recommend staying here or at another one of their properties.

Back again to this lovely rental - not sure which is better winter/spring or summer! So much to do in Breck with the great weather - biking, hiking, spa'ing and relaxing. After a long day of outdoors-ing coming home and relaxing in this wonderful home was the best! It was very clean as usual with some great new artwork. So close to all the action with comforts of home - nothing can beat this home away from home escape. Looking at booking for our winter/spring getaway..........

Unit 17 was great! Beautiful end unit with plenty of natural light and privacy. It was extremely clean, well maintained and had all the amenities of home. Flat screen TV's in every room was a plus in addition to Internet.The spacious open concept allowed for plenty of room. After a day on the slopes, walking in town, biking or hiking having the comfort of a hot tubs right outside the door was convenient and relaxing!
Location, location, location couldn't be any better. One block from the base of Peak 9, across the street from charming downtown Breckenridge and access to bike trails/walking paths.
Can't wait to come back.........this is where we want to be .....Unit 17 rocks! Thank you to the hosts!

All the comforts of home - in lovely Breckenridge!! Very comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean. TVs in all bedrooms - a real plus! A block away from Peak 9 for the skiers and snowboarders and a block away from Main Street with stores and restaurants for the rest of us. Garage a real plus for the snowy nights and days. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of linens. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and boarding. We are repeat guests and are looking forward to our summer visit. Thanks to the hosts!
