Very comfortable for two people, but would be tight for four. The location is close to everything in Breckenridge. The unit is loud due to large truck travel outside the deck. The ski/bike closet in the garage was very small, as there is another locked door inside the first door significantly restricting its use.

First, we wanted convenience and value along with a sprinkle of nice. This did fit the bill. Very easy to walk across the street and hit the slopes. Likewise, in the evening, easy to explore Breck, eat, shop and crash back at the condo. Price can vary with season, but we found it to be a very good value for the time of our visit. Condo is clean and functional. Appears to have had recent update. Now the but... The TV above the fireplace is hard to view. Also, the tube type TV is old with a degrading picture. A new flat screen mounted on something to angle the picture down would be appreciated. Also, something to play the iPod through would be nice. Pictures indicate there is a TV in the bedroom. Not true. There is only a small hot tube behind the workout area. But for the price, who cares. Last. This is a product of geography, but perhaps something could be done. Previous notes talk about people with loud voices at night outside the building. This was true 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. Not only, but arguing and drunk. Seems to be a product of the parking area next to the building and the walking trail that goes by that area. This scene usually went off about 12am-2am at night. Very annoying. Perhaps better patrols by Brecks finest.

Thank you for noting about the picture, as we have now removed that picture since the television in the bedroom is no longer there. The on-site manager at Park Avenue Lofts has received your review concerning the noise outside of the building and he will be keeping an ear out to make sure the police are called for any future noise.

The place was very nice. The apt we had was great fro two people. The location was also great. Right downtown and walking distance from everything you need. After hours key pick up and drop off was great. We also purchased a three day lift ticket pass through Great Western at a Great discount. We would recommend this place for your stay.

We had a blast. We came in from denver late (3:00am)and picking up the key was super easy before getting to the condo. Perfect size for 4 people. Gorgeous view of the mountains/slopes. Excellent location from downtown Breck/Ski Rental/Lifts. Overall a great place to stay. will definitely come back.

Spent the entire month of august in Breckenridge! Loved staying at the Park avenue Lofts! Great location, so conveniently located, close to Main Street, and right on the bike trail! Looking forward to returning next year!!!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It has been great value. Only dowside is now that my youngest has outgrown the pack and play it is a little tight on the sleeping space. But a great unit for summer time stays with agood view of 10 mile range. Great value for the quality and cleanliness of the building as a whole. A little street noise, but that comes with the convenience of being downtown.

Park avenue Lofts is right in the middle of all the action in town. Directly behind is the walking trail along the Blue River. But for the rooms facing West, the noise is constant when the windows are open. Given the street incline that begins almost in front of the building, trucks, buses,and motorcycles all accelerate...into the late night and start again very early in the morning. In addition, folks walking home from a great evening in the wee hours, can be heard. I would advise taking a unit on the other side of the building facing away from the street and the mountain view if you are a sleeper that is easily awakened. The unit was clean but needs a face lift. Little things like a coffee maker that was past its working life and Venetian blinds that should be restrung were not the worst. Upon entering, it smelled very stale, some might say musty. Opening all the windows and using the two fans improved it quite a bit. The bedroom smelled of a cross between a wet dog and wet carpet. Since no pets are allowed, it was impossible for that to have caused the smell. But the washing machine is adjacent to the area and may have overflowed at one time. Just a guess. Be warned that the underground garage has a very small door for entry. The sides of the opening show damage obviously reflecting large Suvs that drivers had a hard time getting in without hitting their side mirrors. Swing your mirrors in first! The high speed internet is excellent in case you need some heavy duty surfing while on vacation. And the staff at Great Western is uber friendly and are there to help with a phone call. For example, the door to the washer dryer closet only opens if the handle is lifted. Who would have known that for a lever door knob?

This is the third time we had stayed in this location with 2 kids. it was a little tight now that our kids are 4 and 2 and the younger one was a.bout to outgrow the pack and play. It was fairly well furnished . There were a couple things that we probably could have used given that we stay the whole week. We keep coming back because of the convenient location with in walking distance of main street. I really enjoyed the view from the deck as I drank a cup of coffee every morning. It was not as well furnished and the other unit we had previously but it was just fine with a little tight with 2 kids next time . we will be looking for a 2 bedroom condo. The negative thing about this location is the noise from the street. There was always the ocasion allowed to read outside in the parking lot making noise and the emergency vehicles passing in the middle of the night. The close proximity of the bedroom to the kitchen and living room required you to be very quiet. all in all it was a good day and I would recommend this place the positives definitely outweigh the negatives living room and kitchengoing by at night
