This two bedroom corner unit is our largest unit in the entire building, featuring 1288 square feet of living area. The floor plan offers tiled flooring, a cozy two-sided gas fireplace in the living area & master bedroom, nice dining area, and a mountain view from the balcony. The property provides a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and stays cozy with the fireplace. Other property features include a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and one underground parking space. The building also offers a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness room, free ski concierge service and a lobby with a fireplace and couches. All of the attractions of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk, and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across the street.

Condo was perfect!. It looked as good as the pictures:) The location was perfect for hanging out on Main Street Breckenridge! Very clean and decorated very nice. Great kitchen equipment too!

This was our first trip to Colorado, we rented a 2 bedroom condo that was 100 yards from the lifts- unfortunately on Saturday night at 7:45 pm we discovered the roof leaking from an ice back up problem. Bad for the roof, great for us, 38" of fresh snow!. We emailed Robin at the office, which was closed, within 15 minutes Pete showed up and saw what was going on, he called Robin. 20 minutes later she showed up with adriana and within 1 hour's time we were moved and upgraded to a 3 bedroom townhouse with our own hot tub. I cannot recommend Great Western Lodging enough. Service was over the top. We will definitely stay with them again and again!

Check in was very convenient, right on main street, clerk was very informative and helpful. Access to the property was very easy. Condo was spacious, ultra clean and modern, everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Great view of Peak 8 & 9 from balcony and living room! Only 2 blocks from peak 9 lift and on north end of Main street, walk to everything! This was our 3rd annual family Christmas vacation at Breck, by far the best rental and location to enjoy all of what downtown Breck offers, which is a ton! Thus was an awesome rental, will be renting again in March for a guys only trip!
