This convenient two bedroom condo is one of our closest units to historic Main Street. Guests can easily access the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9 after a 150 yard walk. This condo offers a two-level floor plan complete with rustic furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Other unit amenities include a gas-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, 1-car garage parking and a private outdoor hot tub. Building amenities include a fitness room, secured ski storage and an underground parking space.

We absolutely loved our stay at your condo. It was super comfortable and relaxing for our getaway to Breckenridge. It was conveniently located and we were able to walk into town. Everything was clean and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely plan on returning!

This was our second stay in #309. This is our favorite place to stay in Breck. Located just off Main Street, it is convenient to walk for shopping and dining and offers underground parking. One thing I had forgotten is that you have to bring your own toiletries. I guess I'm used to the hotels that provide shampoo and body wash. (Also had to purchase a small magnifying mirror, as I'm almost 50 and it's getting harder to see in the mirror to put on make-up). Not a big deal though, as there is a grocery store just down the street. The family room was a little noisier than I remember from the last stay. It sounds as if the windows are open, when they aren't. Overall, it's a great place to stay. I'm certain we will stay here again on our next visit.

This location is perfect and the unit was clean and well furnished. After two grueling days on the amazing golf courses of Summit County, the private hot tub offered much needed rest and recovery. Our experience booking through Great Western Lodging was great and the staff were friendly and expedient. A minor maintenance issue was addressed almost immediately. Will definitely be back!!

This is a terrific 1 bedroom with King Bed and fully furnished kitchen. Overlooks Park Av. and is 5 minute walk to Quicksilver lift. Everything is comfortable and well-furnished, maintained and clean. Stayed here for 3 years in a row and will return.

Our stay in Park Avenue Loft #308 in August was an amazing experience. From the booking experience (direct with Great Western Lodging) to our stay and checkout, the experience is the best vacation rental experience we've had. (We were cautious about reserving a vacation rental due to an unhappy experience with a house we booked through Homeaway, which looked awesome on the site but needed major cleaning and maintenance when we arrived.) GWL staff is outstanding and the company is lucky to have them. Lauren, our GWL reservation agent, was knowledgeable, courteous, timely and professional in responding to my endless questions prior to booking the condo. She even went out of her way to go take additional pictures of the condo, that weren't posted on their website, during her lunch hour. Above and beyond service! Dan, GWL maintenance, responded quickly and professionally to a couple of maintenance issues that we had. The condo itself is very well maintained and in great shape. The kitchen and both bathrooms have recently been renovated and have high level, modern finishes (granite countertop in kitchen, stainless appliances, travertine tile in the baths and showers.). The furniture is well cared for. The location of Park Avenue Lofts is half a block from Main Street and within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Private, secure parking is provided in the garage in the basement of the building. The condos are individually and privately owned and not all of them have been updated. We will definitely stay at Park Avenue Lofts on return visits to Breck.

Great location, and very comfortable accomodations. The private hot-tub on the balcony did wonders fo rthe weary bones after a day on the slopes. With peak 9 base a short stroll away, and short hop and a skip to pleanty of restaurants(incl. the Breckenridge Brewery) you just can't go past the location.

Friendly no-hassle and helpful service by Great Western. Rental unit was clean, spacious, and kitchen was mostly well stocked with cooking and cleaning equipment. Location was perfect for walking to downtown (5 minutes) and to the delightfully landscaped streamside walking paths next to downtown. 3rd floor gave fine views over the countryside.

This is a perfect location...close to lift but not noisy..3rd floor is great..can walk to everything! Condo is nice, tv in tough locale, have to strain neck to watch it...needs new rug throughout...great to have your own hotub but jets not strong and water is just warm...can't change temp. Would def rent again though...bathrooms great. Bedrooms just area a bit small but who cares?
