**Please be aware the HOA will be doing roof replacement for the Powderhorn Complex starting May 6th and is estimated to be completed early June. While the HOA will do their best, there will be impacts to parking and potential noise issues**

Great Family Ski Vacation

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect. It was our 9 and 7 year olds 1st time skiing and the location was exactly what we needed to make their skiing experience easy. Very easy walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beaver run base for ski lessons from the condo. Which made getting ready in the morning super easy and stress free. The condo was very relaxing and had all the things needed to make this a great trip. Highly recommend this location and will be staying here again

I've stayed at several locations around Breckenridge and this was my favorite so far. Being able to walk a short scenic trail behind the condo in order to access our skis at Charter Sports located just next door in the Marriott, and then to walk a few short steps to the slopes was amazing. Also, getting to the downtown are walking through the village near Maggie pond made it so easy. The layout of the unit was was perfect for us. I liked having the bedrooms on one end and living space on the other.

Came in for a end of season ski trip, location is great. Short walk to base of Peak 9 ski lift and downtown. TV's are a little small and there isn't one in the 2nd bedroom but we made it through as we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit. We did try to use the oven but quickly stopped when we noticed a burning smell from old food caked to the bottom. There was a toaster oven available that we used and worked just fine. Overall good unit but just an older unit in a great location. Management group was easy to work with when booking and checking in/out.

This is our second stay in this Breckenridge condo in the summer. We love the location. The river with a walking trail is right outside the condo. The view from the living room is beautiful. It is a short walk to downtown. The condo is very clean. It is perfect for our family.
