Description

**Please be aware the HOA will be doing roof replacement for the Powderhorn Complex starting May 6th and is estimated to be completed early June. While the HOA will do their best, there will be impacts to parking and potential noise issues**

This two bedroom condominium is one of our best values in-town, and it's close to everything. Only 200 yards from the 6-person Quicksilver chair lift, it is an easy 3-4 minute walk to the lift each day. When you're not skiing, it's just two blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This condo is highlighted with contemporary furnishings and an open living area and dining room. It has been recently updated with flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Guests really love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

Great place to stay with the Pham!

Great place to stay with my 16 and 20 year old kiddo's. About 100 yards or so from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the Maggie. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and main street. Parking garage was great, spot close to the elevator and condo. The condo had all we needed for the stay and was clean. A great experience over the sold out holiday weekend. The view out of the back of the condo is pine trees and is beautiful. The only critique I have about this unit that would preclude me from staying again is that there wasn't a mountain view. The wife doesn't ski and spent all of her time in the unit, next time we'll make sure she has a great view. If the view isn't important from the condo and you spend all day on the mountain, it's the perfect place to stay.

Very convenient location to the slopes or Mail St. The furniture and the mattresses need updating. The bed in guest bedroom was shaking and not steady. Otherwise very cozy place for our family.

Open layout makes this place seem bigger than it is. Loved the view of the woods from the living area. We did leave 2 shirts in the closet by accident, and were unable to get them back. Other than that, great spot. Close to parking lot, so no lugging ski equipment from car to condo

Great experience overall and would definitely return. Plenty of space and ideal location. Only complaint was that both beds were missing comforters in the middle of a blizzard.

Excellent location, right near lifts. We had a wonderful stay and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was stocked adequately and the fireplace was cozy after a day a the slopes. Only suggestion would be the shower could use a deep clean and the bathtub still needs a stopper, as another review stated. Also, the window shades in the living room were not hanging and placed in a corner on the floor. It wasn't a big deal but it definitely didn't allow for any privacy. With that said, there was nothing that would hinder us from coming again. Overall, great place!!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed had a VERY comfortable foam top that felt luxurious. Our patio was close to a little-used walking path that took you along a beautiful little river right behind the property. It was very close to the ski resort amenities and lift. I would definitely recommend this!

We loved the property. It was clean and worked well for our 3 person stay. Of course, it sleeps 6. The location was great and a short walk to Quicksilver Super Chair (Lift 5 minutes) and downtown. With all of the snow we had, having the parking garage was a plus. WiFi worked great. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The entire property was well decorated, homey, and comfortable. The window blinds in the living area and breakfast area were not functioning properly. We called on our first day here and the mgmt. company sent our à maintenance man to fix them. Regrettably, he could not because they require replacement, which understandably did not happen during our 5 day stay over the weekend. Not a big deal, but we missed a lot of the beautiful view of the snow covered property outside. Also, it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner for the bathrooms. Again, not a big deal, but a nice touch, nonetheless. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely come back again!

The condo is nicely updated and has two adult size beds (it's about impossible to find a place without a bunk bed). The walk to town is easy. The windows to the outside are thin so you do hear people coming home from the bar at night.

The condo is missing a few items that I hope they add: hand towels for the kitchen, oven mitts (they have a ton of cooking utensils and pots/pans but nothing to use to get stuff out of the oven), floor mats near the door for wet shoes and ski gear (right now just tile and it gets messy).

Great location, close to slopes and to town. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses and pillows. Also, a pain to drop keys back at rental office- why not just have housekeeping staff pick them up?

While the location is excellent, both beds were incredibly uncomfortable. One of them had a terrible indention in the center that made it nearly impossible for two people to share the bed without rolling into one another. The location is great, but the mattresses not so much.

A great location walking distance to the slopes and into town. The customer service at the office was top notch. The only negative would be the rooms were terribly hot if you had any heat on at all and stuffy. We never spent any time in the room except at night so this wasn't a big deal. If you stay at Powderhorn make sure that you don't turn on the base heat only the fireplace. All in all this place was a great place to stay!!!

Overall, pretty good. A couple of suggestions though. Would be nice to have a bit more furniture in the living room as there is not enough furniture for a large group to sit (only 1 chair and sofa). Also would be good to have a bit faster Wi-Fi. Would be good to have firmer mattresses on the guest bed. Great service from Great Western. Nice to get to check in early.
