The condo is very nice and well equipped. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel quite spacious. It was clean and well laid out. The location was great too. The only thing we would add is a grill on the balcony for summer guests like ourselves

Overall a spacious and comfortable condo. The best thing about it is the convenient location with walking distance to Peak 9 and town as well as the underground parking. Although it is nicely decorated, is getting to the point where it could use some updating especially the sheets and blankets. Has all of the basic needs covered including TV, Wifi, enough seating etc.

Very nice condo with a great layout. Location was convenient for walking to lift and to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only issue we encountered was with parking. Because we had 3 cars, had to park one car approximately 5 blocks away and pay an extra $15 per night. Also, though it was no fault of the owner, we were disappointed that we couldn't use the fireplace due to a gas leak near the complex. Pool and hot tubs were directly across the street so convenient to get to. However we were perplexed by the prohibition of alcoholic beverages unless they were "disguised". Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit.

This was our third trip to Breckinridge and our second stay at Powderhorn. This unit was fully stocked for cooking and had enough room for my adult sons to have some privacy yet facilitated family time together. Great Western provided enough parking for our "local Breck family" to join us for dinner and a day of skiing. The washer and drier was a unexpected plus. Great Western was able to provide the right computer cable so that we could watch our Go videos of hte day's activities.

the unit was perfect for our skiing vacation. plenty of space for all of out party - it is essentially a 3bdrm/3 bath condo. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed and even had multiple humidifiers in every room. It was literally a 5minute walk to the slopes and the hot tub and 10min to main street. I would definitely come back to this condo for skiing or even in the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The views were great and the weather was great. Powderhorn was the perfect combination of seclusion while being close enough to walk everywhere. We will definitely return.

The Great Western service was excellent, as usual. We requested two window fans and the staff responded quickly and they met our needs. C404 exceeded our expectations! It is a large airy condo with excellent beds that were comfortable and clean. Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the surround sound system. The views from the windows and the patios were beautiful. The condo was spotless and everything worked in the fully equipped kitchen. Even though the condo unit is set in a quiet wooded area with a stream running past the unit we were only several hundred feet (with an easy walk to town).from the center of town. Because of the elevator this was an ideal place for us seniors and our daughter's family of three. This was the most enjoyable unit that we have been in. Maybe the owners would consider a small patio set in the loft bedroom balcony! We would definitely rent this unit again!!!
