Great location! Just steps to the lift and to the free shuttles. Our unit was very spacious and well stocked. We had a couple issues with our key codes but management was quickly responsive and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Riverbend 102. The location near the ski slopes and on the 1st floor was ideal. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked.

First time to Breck and we couldn’t have planned it better. This unit was steps away from the Snowflake lift and equipment rental. A short 5 minute walk into town too. The only complaint is the furniture could have been a little more comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and would book this exact unit again!

Excellent location, ski in ski out, 50 ft to the lift. Well stocked and clean would definitely come back. Heated garage with ski lockers. Great western lodging does not update/ communicate very well with vrbo app. Check in and out was easy and convenient.

The lodge is perfect for skiers which love ski in/ski out.
Apartment it's well equipped with all the appliances and tools and cozy even the outside temperature dropped to 0 F.
I give 4 stars (I will really give 4.5 if possible) only due to some old feeling (grandma stile) which can be easy improved.
Also due to COVID the SPA was closed and this was a big minus for my family.

Will definitely stay here again in the future!

River Bend 102 is a very clean, comfortable, and well maintained unit with fantastic access to the Snowflake lift right out your back door! The listing and pictures are accurate and properly describe the unit being rented. My family of four had plenty of room to relax after longs days on the slopes and took full advantage of the free shuttle when we went to town to enjoy some the Breck nightlife. If you're renting ski/snowboard equipment, Charter rental is just on the other side of the lift making renting equipment easy. I would recommend this unit for any small group looking to enjoy the slopes at Breckenridge.

Very nice and clean. Loved the atmosphere and enjoyed our white Christmas! It was so nice to be so close to the ski lift as well. Can’t wait to visit again!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved having space to spread out when taking a break from activities. The locations is great - love the trails right outside our door and walking distance to town, although the walk back uphill is a killer! :-)
We used the hot-tub several times without issue, and used the grill in the common area to make dinner one night. The condo kitchen is incredibly well-stocked which made having meals very easy. Our kids, ages 17 and 13, enjoyed access to movies in their room. We also very much appreciated the humidifiers! Very thoughtful! We did one load of laundry and the washer/dryer are very easy to use. Check-in/check-out were very easy and we liked the secured parking garage. The only thing missing is a fire-pit! We will be back for sure.

This was our 6th trip to Breck, but the first time we stayed at Riverbend Condos. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and right off the free bus line, and the condo was fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Our family of four, including two teen-agers, had plenty of room, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The property is right off the trail which made for great morning walks. The only thing missing is a fire-pit! An awesome place to stay!

Excellent place to stay. The kitchen is so complete. The six of us were very comfortable. Ski lift, equipment rental, and lift ticket box is just a few steps away. The shuttle bus is really really close. We would be back. Apartment is really well equipped.

Was close to down town and all restaurants. It has a ski lift right out side the front door if you are there for the winter months. The condo was very clean and as everything you need to stay there.

Incredible place to stay. Clean, nice, comfortable, everything you could want. It was close enough that we enjoyed walking down to town every afternoon/evening. There's a nice hike just out the door of the condos. There's a bike shop just steps away that gave us a good deal on bike rentals for the day, too. Everything was within walking distance - we even walked to the grocery store in town and to the gondola, which saved us money on parking! This condo was terrific!

Really loved this unit. Less than 20 yards from the Sunflower lift, and true ski-in, on 4 O'clock road. It was clean, nice beds, plenty of appliances and utensils. Two hot tubs, and super service. They stored our luggage upon checkout until our skiing was done, for no charge. Price was reasonable for us 4 guys - also a short walk to town, maybe a quarter mile to main st.

This condo has the best location of any I have stayed in in Breckenridge. 20 feet from the building exit to the Sunflower lift, and true ski-in. Beds were comfortable; furnishings were well done; appliances all recent and working. The rental company stored our baggage upon our checkout - both checking in and out and entering the unit were easy - doors use a code system, so much better than physical keys or cards. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our fourth consecutive year staying at the Riverbend Lodge, booking each time through Great Western Lodging. The location is outstanding for our ski trips, with Charter Sports (for the best ski rentals), a lift ticket window, and the Snowflake Chair all a very short walk from the building. The secure ski storage at Riverbend is located within the heated underground garage. For this unit 102, the storage is very convenient, close to the entrance to the elevators. Lodge 102 is clean, appropriately furnished and has all the kitchen items necessary for a comfortable stay. It must be noted that it was very difficult to control the temperature in this unit. As a sign above the thermostat states, "If it's too warm, open a window. If it's too cold, turn on the gas fireplace." Odd, but true because turning the thermostat up or down had no impact on the unit's temperature. With only that one issue to deal with, the overall stay in Riverbend Lodge 102 fully met our expectations. Finally, the folks at GW Lodging provide outstanding customer service.

This was our fourth consecutive winter staying at Riverbend and our second consecutive winter at Unit 102. The accommodations are clean and the location is excellent for skiers. The Snowflake chairlift is directly outbthe rear entrance and Charter Sports Bluesky is adjacent for equipment rental. The staff at GW are excellent. Upon our arrival at Riverbend there was a public notice posted about a shortage of hot water. The staff at GW Lodging proactively contacted me and offered accommodations at another property. I was very impressed by this. I declined because the location is fantastic and convenient. As it turned out the water was not an issue for the four of us staying at Riverbend 102. Great stay and highly recommend for skiers.

Great place to stay & location even tho this year we couldn't ski in & out like last year but could access the lift after Friday to get on the mountain. We love the heated garage & hot tubs on site. Also very convenient is the ski rental place next door that store your boots & skis at night! We didn't get discounted lift tickets even tho I ask since there was hardly any snow this year & only 2 lifts running, I would've thought they would do some discount.
over all great trip & place to stay.

This was an excellent condo with an amazing location! You are just a few yards from the slope...yes yards! And it is still very close to town and everything you would want to do. The building itself was very nice and all of the furnishings were very nice as well. We did enjoy the outside sauna but I do with there was something a bit more private offered. I didn't like that there was only one parking spot per condo since we have 3 cars but we made it work. Definitely will stay there again if we come to Breck! It was great!

This condo has an amazing location. You can step right out to the Snowflake Lift. There is a rental shop right next door. The building condo and sauna are very nice, although the outdoor hot tub had jet issues and wasn't as warm - we just stayed inside. Our only other complaint is that we were only given 1 parking spot for a unit that could sleep up to 8 people, and the satellite lot was a pain, many blocks from the condo at the ice rink.
Another great thing about the condo was being able to buy deeply discounted lift tickets through Great Western. We would definitely stay there again!!
