This two bedroom condominium is one of our best locations, and it's close to everything. Located at the base of the Snowflake chair lift, it is easy access right out the back door, to the lift each day. When you're not skiing, it's just three blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This condo is highlighted with contemporary furnishings and an open living area and dining room. Guests really love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. Complex amenities include underground heated parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, shared gas grills, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, private ski lockers and elevator access.

Have stayed at this location twice now. A true Ski in/out and the most reasonably priced spot I can find. Very nice condo with everything you need. Great view of the Snowflake lift. Very clean unit and spacious. I'm pretty picky and there isn't anything I would want changed. The hot water heater broke down in the complex, so we were without hot water for several hours, but they communicated things properly and as a home owner...sh*t happens. I will stay here again.

Loved the proximity to Snowflake Lift which makes for ease in skiing! Condo itself is a very nice two bedroom with good view of the lift out the windows where plenty of light comes in, a nice deck, and pleasant family room with great, comfortable seating for our party of 6. This place has a wonderful heated garage and nearby ski locker as well. The few glitches could be fixed (and we admit we did not bring them to GWL attention during our stay and are only introducing them here) include: 1) The sofa couch pull out mechanism is not functioning in a way that allows guests to sleep on the couch levelly. To compensate, we had to pull out the mattress and have our guests sleep on the floor in order for the bed to be level. That worked but we feel for the price we paid the sofa bed should be excellent! 2) The carbon monoxide detectors went off twice (one during the afternoon and a different one during the middle of the night and we determined there was no reason except battery issues); 3) There is a somewhat sharp edge between the carpet and adjoining tile going into the kitchen for which we covered it up with a small rug so our feet would not be scraped; and 4) The pillows are pretty average in this condo (need upgraded). All things considered, I would rent this place again (hoping of course the concerns mentioned are addressed).

It was a nice condo, very nicely furnished. It was very comfortable and accessible to the slope. Two issues that it looks like have been mentioned before. Even after turning off the heat we could not get the unit to cool down unless we opened the windows. Heat must come from surrounding units. The other issue is that the microwave would not operate using Time Cook. It did cook our instant oatmeal when we used the "Potato" button. Very nice place. Loved the garage parking and close proximity to ski rental, ticket office, and ski lift.

Other than the heat, it was great. I am glad we brought shampoo. It would not be a bad idea to supply it. The gas fireplace wasn't working but was fixed very quickly (very much appreciated).Wouldstay there again.
