This two bedroom condominium is one of our best locations, and it's close to everything. Located at the base of the Snowflake chair lift, it is easy access right out the back door, to the lift each day. When you're not skiing, it's just three blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This condo is highlighted with contemporary furnishings and an open living area and dining room. Guests really love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. Complex amenities include underground heated parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, shared gas grills, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, private ski lockers and elevator access.

It was a nice condo, very nicely furnished. It was very comfortable and accessible to the slope. Two issues that it looks like have been mentioned before. Even after turning off the heat we could not get the unit to cool down unless we opened the windows. Heat must come from surrounding units. The other issue is that the microwave would not operate using Time Cook. It did cook our instant oatmeal when we used the "Potato" button. Very nice place. Loved the garage parking and close proximity to ski rental, ticket office, and ski lift.

Other than the heat, it was great. I am glad we brought shampoo. It would not be a bad idea to supply it. The gas fireplace wasn't working but was fixed very quickly (very much appreciated).Wouldstay there again.

The condo we had the pleasure of staying in during our vacation to Breckenridge was truly top notch. The layout of the condo and everything that was provided allowed us to feel like we were at home. To be honest I would only offer a few suggestions from our recent experience. First, the radiant heat system in our room had a sign that indicated that it would take a minimal of 8 hours to adjust the temperature in the condo, but that was not the case. The entire condo seemed to stay at somewhere in the high 80's, thus when ever we were present in the condo we were opening the windows to try and cool things down to a comfortable temperature. And yes, we did try turning the thermostat down to like 60 degrees, but this seemed to do nothing. My only other suggestion to you for new vacationer's such as our group was, would be for some sort of information at the resort we stayed at that would instruct folks that the check in is in town on main street and that nothing can be taken care of at the condo itself. I admit that this can be easily avoided if all the travel information is carefully read and understood, but we missed that small detail initially, can wandered around riverbend lodge for around 20 minutes looking for a front desk or some sort of greeter. So, possibly some sort of unmissable signage at the door of the main entrance would be nifty. All is all, the stay and accomadations were very good to exceptional and all of us hope that we can have the pleasure of returning for another unforgettable stay! Thanks to you and all your staff for providing a truly wonderful american vacation destination!

I did not feel the furniture was clean. There was this sweaty odor on everything from the pillows to the chairs. The refrigerator broke the 1st night while being also very noisy. We lost all our food and while they had compensated us with $50.00 we lost 100.00 worth of food and the inconvenience of not being able to eat what we would have liked for our diet. We were going to aspen from here and had to buy all of our food there which was a lot more expensive.The gym is right next door and when anybody works out, you will hear the machine's and the TV being loud. Also at night the ice machine is noisy and the hot tub room generates a lot of noise. I would not go back to this unit or work with this company anymore. It was our 44th wedding anniversary and it was pretty near ruined. The decorations are cute but that is not what makes a great stay. Peace and quiet and friendly service also expecting that the appliances are in working order and when they do not work, they are taken care of right away. The fridge still was not working when we left. All this should have been checked and verified before you let someone in. It is the worst thing to smell the covers on the chairs and the pillows with other people's sweat on them. Why can't they be cleaned after a while? I also left a hair dryer there and nobody even noticed that is does not belong to them. As you can tell I am pretty unhappy about my stay at this place.

I have shared this review with both the housekeeping and maintenance departments to investigate the unit’s condition upon your arrival. I will also look into your hair dryer and see if it is still in the unit to be returned.

This is the first I have heard about the noise from the Fitness Room next door and the Ice Machine and Hot Tubs down the hall filtering into the unit. Thank you for noting and we will look to see what some possible solutions are fix this in the future.

This is our fourth stay at Riverbend thru Great Western Lodging. Each stay has been wonderful. Nice view of the hiking trail and fun to watch the people going up the trail. Had a minor issue with window but Great Western's maintenance personnel were extremely quick to fix the issue once we called them. This unit has a great patio table and chairs enabling us to eat all of our meals on the patio and enjoy the view.
