This comfortable ski in/ski out three bedroom is just steps away from the Snowflake lift. It is one of our most popular units, offering a forested view facing the Snowflake chair lift. The unit features three king beds, each complete with luxury bedding. Other highlights from the recent remodel include beautiful mountain furnishings, granite counter tops, an antler chandelier, new carpet and paint. Also popular is the complimentary Wi-Fi in the unit, along with the 42" Sony flat-panel TV in the living room. There are also LCD TVs in both the master and third bedrooms. Relax on the two private balconies. Washer/dryer provided in the unit. Underground heated parking, shared grills, fitness room, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this superbly located ski-in/ski-out complex. Town and ski area buses stop right at the base of the chair lift also.

This a three bedroom, three bath condominium on the first floor. Living room: a very poorly lit room because there are no tables, and therefore, no lamps. There is also no working cable television. We got a total of 13 stations, most of which were public access. Horrible!!! Dining area: the table and chairs are too tall for anyone under 5 feet tall to sit at. Bedrooms: standard, each with a queen or king bed. Bathrooms: standard. But, one of the sliding glass doors shattered upon opening it. The handle remained in my niece's hand as the glass shattered... everywhere. As a result, we were left without the use of one of the bathrooms for the remaining four days of our stay. In addition, when I notified the property management company, they never asked if anyone was hurt. When the manager finally called back a day and a half later, all he cared about was charging me for the glass door. He also never asked if anyone was hurt or how we were getting along with only two bathrooms now. Kitchen: standard. But, lacking some standard kitchen utensils. We had to go and buy them. Balconies: two, with a view of the Snowflake chairlift roughly 40 feet away. Very nice! Heated, underground parking. I've been a customer of Great Western Lodging for more than ten years. I'll probably try them again because they are reasonably priced and usually have great locations to the ski resort. But this particular stay left a bad taste. I want to give them an opportunity to make-up for this particularly bad experience.

We are all very grateful that no one was injured by the glass, very scary! Great Location. Ski in Lift out. Right next to Snowflake Chair lift. Spacious living room. Kitchen to whip up a feast. Comfy beds. Apartment is right next to the gym and hot tubs (outdoor and indoors). What a bonus. Apartment can get a little stuffy though. Can't imagine how hot it'll be in the summer. Apartment is also a little dark for my liking. Brighter lamps please. Check in staff at the Great Western lodging need to be sent for re-training. Very unfriendly and cold. Thanks for making us feel so un-welcome to Breckenridge. You can't possibly even think of attracting a global crowd with a bigger share of the Global Pie with small minded cold people manning the check-in counters. Just remember that everyone walking through the door is a guest. And all guest (regardless of language, race or religion) must be treated the same with a broad smile and warm welcome.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge so we had no idea about the area where we would be staying. It was great and we have already decided if we go back , we will try our best to get in the same condo! Riverbed Lodge is very reasonably priced, very pretty with amazing views, and best of all is located right next to a ski lift that there was never a line to wait in to get on. We also loved the fact that there was a heated paring garage so you don't have to worry about scraping ice off of your windshield every time you get ready to go somewhere! Great Western staff was also very helpful in answering any questions we asked.

My family and I had a great time in Breckenridge and we picked a wonderful condo. It was roomy enough for everyone to relax and have a good time. Very clean, and it was nice that each family had their own bathroom. We will for sure be back!

We were greeted so warmly and the condo was so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was equiped with everything we needed. It's in the perfect location and we'll definately go back.

For someone who wants to walk to a lift and be close to town (and at a reasonable rate) this condo fit my needs perfectly. Everyone in our group slept comfortably, we were able to find enough utensils in the kitchen to cook most of our meals and the heated garage kept everyone comfortable and safe before venturing out. The only negatives: there were no hairdryers in any of the bathrooms (we were given one by request and had to return at checkout), no kitchen linens (and the dishwasher was out for 2 days, so we resorted to bath towels) and the owner's overuse of private storage and the lack of bedroom drawers made everyone resort to living out of their suitcases. Other than those minor issues I'd stay here again if we visit Breck again. But, the "we really don't care" attitude of most of the Breck resort staff didn't make me anxious to return.

I have forwarded the information on to the Owner of Riverbend #107 to note the need Hair Dryers in each of the bathrooms and that there is a significant lack of storage in the unit for guest’s clothes. Housekeeping has also been alerted about the kitchen linens and they will make sure all future guests have these items.

The note about the resort staff is especially upsetting and I am very sorry to hear about this. I will be in touch with the Breckenridge Ski Resort, as we are all in the customer service business together.
