Surrounded by open space and wetlands, this three bedroom condo rental has all the amenities including a gas fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi and granite countertops. Underground heated parking, a fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing ski-in/ski-out complex. Guests can also relax after a long day of skiing in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Town and ski area buses stop right at the base of the chair lift also.

Really nice property. Kitchen is well stocked, Internet is fast, and location is fabulous with an easy walk to the Snowflake lift. Loved the heated garage. Worked great for our group of 6. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy peesy from check in to check out. Clear instructions provided. All reasonable comforts provided. Plus nice touches like gas fireplace, art work, throw pillows, soft cuddly blankets. Very nice family stay for the holidays.

Accommodated our family of 6 well! We have stayed here twice now because we enjoy this being an end of the building unit with first floor access to outdoors. Our kids can play in the snow easily. Adults can access the nearby ski lift for skiing easily. The little ones can get to ski school on peak 9 in a short trip. The rooms are comfortable and laid out well for 2 couples and a separate kids room. The kitchen is well supplied with all the cookware we needed. Walking to Main Street is easy—straight down the hill to town. Will stay here again. Staff at GWL were very accommodating (especially Lion and Sandra) for early check in.

We try to rent at Riverbend as much as we can due to its great location next to the snowflake lift and charter sports. This condo was great in size, rooms were also clean, modern, and well appointed.

Loved this condo! Spacious and warm when temps got really low during the recent Arctic Blast. Perfect for our family. Corner unit so easy access to outdoors and play for our granddaughter. Very clean and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Took my boys there for a short weekend ski trip. Very nice place. Plenty of space for all of us. Right outside of the snowflake lift so we just had a very short walk to hop on. Heated garage and separate lockers for ski gear\boards and boots. Can't really say anything bad about this place. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed there with my boys for a short weekend ski trip. Very convenient to the snowflake lift. A little difficult getting back from skiing. Make sure you take the snowflake run and not the 4 oclock, otherwise you're in for a bit of a walk back to the room. Heated garage with lockers for ski gear storage was a plus so you don't have to carry all that stuff to the room. We would definitely stay there again.

We are a family of four from Georgia and we were looking for a snowy getaway and Breck did not disappoint! We got 20+ inches of snow during our stay which we enjoyed in the slopes and sitting by the fireplace in the unit. The views were spectacular and everyone had their own room to relax at night. The unit is spacious and the washer and dryer worked great. The location couldn’t be better to get on the snowflake lift and to ski back at the end of the day. The unit is also a short walk to downtown for shopping and dining. The underground parking is the best we have had during all of our trips to Breck. We will definitely be back!

Nice, roomy condo. Well stocked kitchen. Close to Main Street for shopping and restaurants . You are able to walk right out to The Snowflake Lift. Take the 4 OClock Run back to the condo. The Snowflake Run takes you back, BUT has several flat areas.

This is a great property. We love staying at the Snowflake lift so we can walk out to the lift in the morning and then ski in for lunch. This condo is very clean and has a good layout. The 3 full baths are great if you have people in each bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.

The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. The three full baths make it easy to have a family or group of people there. It was very quiet at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast and dinner. The private ski locker in the garage is also a plus. The only downside was the door in the second bedroom was drafty almost like it didn't close right. It was 5 degrees and that room got very cold.

Great location! We could walk right out the door and hop on the Snowflake Lift! Clean, well stocked and cute decor. Everything was smooth and the heated garage was such a bonus!!

The unit was well stocked, very clean and located next to the snowflake lift. It was spacious, yet cozy. This unit in particular was at the end of the hall and faced the lift, which made it more private as oppose to the other units, who’s windows and balcony face the court yard. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star, is that the beds and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, and the bedding in the master needs to be updated. However this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

We really enjoyed this 3 bedroom condo. The pictures did not do it justice. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Great open main living area. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. We also enjoyed easy access to Main Street which was just a short walk from the condo. The snowflake trailhead is right outside this property which is a beautiful and very well maintained trail with a creek that runs along a lot of the trail. This was a great summer location for what we were doing in Breckenridge and I imagine it would be a good location for winter as well because there was lift right next to the property. Thank you to the property owners for such a nice place to stay!

This was a great condo for our family of 5. Wonderful location, with an entrance to a beautiful hiking trail next to the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with every kind of baking and serveware you would need. The electric grill worked great as well. The bedrooms were a good size and each had a TV. The bathrooms were also in good condition and the condo was well maintained and very clean. Only criticism would be the need for a new King size mattress in the master. But besides that great place, great location and a good management company.

As advertised unit is right at the base of snow flake lift. Nicely appointed unit. Management company very helpful and they communicate vary well. Only call of for this unit is it is on bottom floor with tenants above you.

This is a great property. My family and I had a nice time in this 3 bedroom condo. There was a lot of snow while we were there, so we loved sitting by the fireplace in the mornings looking out over the beautiful snow-covered trees. The heated garage was appreciated, and the WiFi was good. We also loved the excellent location at the base of the Snowflake lift. Tip: when skiing back down to Riverbend, do not use the flat Snowflake ski run, but instead come down Four O'Clock run, make a right off of the trial and then just cross Four O'Clock road and the condo is right there.
