This two bedroom with loft provides a cozy atmosphere for your next Breckenridge vacation. The property is just three blocks from downtown, and ski-in/ski-out to the Snowflake lift! Guests enjoy this comfortable floor plan which offers a vaulted living area, gas fireplace, a private deck, washer/dryer and flat screen TVs in each bedroom. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna or steam room. Underground heated garage parking, a fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing ski-in/ski-out complex. Town and ski area bus stops are also located right at the base of the chair lift.

Riverbend Lodge was an excellent choice for our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean and stocked with everything we needed (thanks for the humidifiers). We especially appreciated the extra area and sleeper sofa in the loft. The location was perfect for ski in/out, just steps away from the Snow Flake lift. Only a few blocks from Main Street, we were able to walk or ride the free bus to check out the area. While our kids skied, my husband and I hiked the trails that opened just beside the lodge. The staff at GWL was very helpful with answering questions prior to arrival, and the check in/out process was easy. Glad we chose to stay at Riverbend Lodge.

A great place to stay! Right next to the Snowflake lift that can easily get you to anywhere on the mountain, a short walk to town for food and drinks, the space also had plenty of room for us all to spread out.

Our stay at Riverbend lodge was great! The place was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, and relaxing! The electric fireplace was easy to use so that was awesome. The beds were comfy enough. There’s two pullout couches. One in the living room downstairs and one in the loft upstairs. The pullout couch downstairs was a bit more comfortable than the one in the loft. The loft one kind of slants at the end. I will say though, that the upstairs bedroom and loft were really hot for some reason. It was kind of hard to figure it out but we ended up just cracking a window open for a little to let it cool down. Not sure if there was something going on with the heater. The condo has a hot tub located right outside this condo unit. We didn’t end up using it but it sure looked relaxing after a long day of skiing! I recommend when you first get there to walk around the complex and get to know where everything is at. We realized the last day that there was an entrance right next to the lift in the lobby, that you can set your skis and snowboards down. That would have been great to use. The heated car garage was a great bonus! There’s also lockers in the garage to store your skis. The condo building was in a great location! Right off the Four O’Clock Run! The snowflake lift is right on the side of the condo building too!! Which made our skiing trip that much better! I would totally recommend staying here especially for the ski in ski out! It was perfect for us! Close to town too! You could walk or take the shuttle. There’s also a ski rental right in front of the building which was convenient. We really had an amazing stay!

This was the perfect lodge that sits right next to the Snowflake lift, next to ski rental and a super short drive to Main Street. Condo was clean and very pleasant to stay in. The community hot tub was large and refreshing after a day of skiing and the garage kept the the vehicle snow-free and toasty. Condo could use dish towels, only paper towels supplied and condo sits right outside of community hot tub so noise may bother some but I would definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommended.

We booked this condo less than a week before arriving. The location was great! Condo had everything we needed and plenty of room - the loft area was genius, gave a way to keep the adults and kid’s in their own zone. Walking distance to shops, food, activities and free gondola ride.

It was a cute place for two. I don't know how any more would stay or for any longer than a couple of nights. There is no place to "unpack" or store anything - even food you buy/bring in the tiny kitchen has no place to go except a bitty fridge. It would be nice to tell people to bring their own towels for the hot tub. The small white bath towels for the unit are not quite enough. We found a couple items left by the previous occupants in the bathroom, which makes we wonder how well the unit is cleaned between guests. What made up for all of this was our short stay and the fantastic location. Being able to walk out and jump on the snowflake lift was fantastic!!

Loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, could easily accommodate 6 to 8 people. Very clean and well-maintained. Conveniently located at the base of Snowflake lift - perfect if you have multiple people in your group that want to ski at different times and not have to worry about parking at the gondola or at the base of other peaks. Highly recommend this property to families and small/medium sized groups!

Right at the ski in/out snowflake lift. Walking to town took less than 10 mins. The condo itself was very nice and convenient. It was hard to take our luggage up the very narrow spiral staircase upstairs. My poor Husband had to do all the work. I would also suggest more comfortable pillows. I really never had a goodnights sleep and had neck aches all day. Linens and towels were nice and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cook and dinner ware. Toilet paper very thin. It states that blow dryers are not included but there was one there. I packed mine which added to my luggage weight. I would suggest adding that onto the amenities. Other than that, the condo is perfect for the four of us. I would totally book again. I would take my own pillow though. We visit Breck at least once a year.

Riverbend #217 met every need for our stay in Breckenridge. We came to enjoy a mountain venue, close to the amenities of downtown Breckenridge but also close to hiking and biking trails. This property fit the bill in this regard.
The unit was well appointed and well maintained - clean, organized, with a well appointed kitchen. The living room and bed room furnishings were all comfortable, clean and up to date.
The one observation which I would note for the future is that the unit does not get much sunlight - it was fairly dark during the daylight hours which we accommodated by limiting the time spent in the unit during the day. This situation worked fine for us - we were there to spend time outdoors and avoided spending time in the unit during the day - however, it could be a different experience if an individual renting the property is not as flexible. If I was to book a property at Riverbend again, I would request a corner unit (#217 is in the middle of the building).

Great location at the base of the snowflake lift and a few blocks from downtown. We visited over a summer weekend to avoid hotter weather in Denver, the weather was perfect in the 70's. A beautiful little trail runs along the creek under the snowflake lift with connections to other trails crisscrossing the the mountain. The wildflowers were spectacular. The unit is great for 2 or more couples. It's difficult to find a 2 bedroom with 2 queens. The upstair bedroom was very private. The entire unit was very nice and livable. Kitchen had all the necessities including commonly used spices. It was nice to be in a separate building from the main lodge, although the instruction from the elevator were vague. The unit was a little stuffy when we arrived so we opened some window to let in the cool mountain breeze. Unfortunately the windows were very difficult to close and need further maintenance. All in all a great place to excape.
