Description

This townhome is in our best ski in/ski out location. Click into your skis outside your back door and you are set to go! This spacious 3 bedroom floorplan features a beautiful vaulted living area and master suite with picture windows looking out to the ski area, a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout this Breckenridge condo. Soak in the mountain views from your private deck or from the master bedroom. Enjoy your favorite DVD in the living area in front of the 42 inch Samsung LCD TV, complete with Blu-ray DVD player. Warm up in front of the rock fireplace, or in your own private outdoor hot tub. The master suite also features great mountain views and a wonderful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You are provided with a heated one car garage and driveway, as well as the convenience of being right on the Snowflake Run. In the summer, this location is just steps above many town trails which circle through the beautiful wetlands and into the mountains. Located six blocks from town, and two blocks from a bus stop, you are not far from the Breckenridge action.

** Tenant must be at least 25 years of age. A valid driver's license will be required for proof of age at check-in. No exceptions. **

*Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in access.

We chose this condo because of its location, size, and private hot tub. It delivered! True ski-in, ski-out. Comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen, garage w/ inside entrance, excellent set-up for storing ski gear—and super easy access to hot tub. Totally walkable to town. Or, just a block or so to bus stops and a rental shop. Would 100% stay here again. Also, communication w/ Great Western was easy efficient.

Location was very good, plenty of space, solid kitchen and grill. Hot tub was clutch especially because hotels and airbnbs don’t allow hot tub usage. Will definitely come back to this spot if available. Only downside is although it’s a ski in/ski out location, the ski in part is very flat and requires a decent amount of skating/walking.

This property was beautiful. Very clean and well kept! My daughters enjoyed finding several games to play when we were inside. Close to hiking trail and an easy walk into town. (The walk back is uphill, so not as easy! :) I would definitely stay here again!!!

The place was even better than the description and pictures. Very roomy, comfortable and nicely appointed....has a nice "Colorado" feel. Location was excellent. I highly recommend.

The place easily accommodated nine people, even refrigeration and cooking. Did not eat one meal out, and only grocery shopped once. Wonderfully provisioned. Only recommendation is that guest bring a heavy-duty humidifier in the winter time, especially. Ski-on-off feature is unparalleled (pun intended).

This town-home is located at an excellent ski-in/ski-out location, with easy access to the Snowflake trail and only a few minutes drive to Breckenridge's Main Street. The space, layout, finishes, furnishings, and amenities are well above average in Breckenridge and much nicer than we expected. The home was very clean when we arrived and contained sufficient towels, bath soaps, and garbage bags. We particularly appreciated the downstairs space, the easy access to the slope, and the ski and boot storage and dressing area. We would definitely rent this home again, if available, when we return to Breckenridge.

This was our first time in the Saddlewood Condos. We absolutely LOVED our condo. Saddlewood 34. The condo was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We loved the location. So easy to ski down to the Snowflake lift. We would consider staying here for all future trips. However, we were very disappointed in the Ski In/Ski Out. It is definitely a Ski Out. However, on our first day of skiing and being tired from being on the slopes all day we were expecting to ski right back to our condo. We were quite surprised that the Snowflake run was completely flat except for 2 small inclines that didn't take us more than 50-100 yards. Outside of that we had to walk the entire way.

Our group of 3 couples had an excellent time in Breckenridge and in this space in particular. The location was great. The management was prompt and the space is beautiful. I would return to this property again.

This is one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in at Breckenridge! We have stayed in several Saddlewood condos as well as other locations and our family loved this condo! The layout is fantastic and we especially loved the downstairs room right off the Snowflake trail that had ski racks, coat hooks, and a place for your ski boots! We are all about the skiing at Breck so we ski from early to late and appreciate the true ski in/ski out location and the fact that we could come back for lunch and head right out again! We loved the homey touches of the books and games and made use of both! We hope to be back next year, truly our favorite condo!

This truly was a luxurious house to stay in during our trip to Breckenridge. We loved the location, and loved sitting by the fire and sitting in the hot tub post skiing! We felt like we had plenty of room. Loved the views!

Absolutely beautiful home, great location, lovely views, fully stocked kitchen, true ski-in/ski-out. We all loved being able to just walk out the lower level and ski down to the lift, although as others have said, Snowflake run does make you work for the ski-in. All the rest makes that more than worth it. The hot tub is a wonderful way to end the day. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and will return on our next trip to Breckenridge.

This apartment is fantastic! It has everything that is needed to have an adventure filled, relaxing holiday. The pictures are accurate in fact even better in real life :-) We loved the clean new carpets, beautiful furnishings, hot tub, fire place, barbaque and a really nice touch that there were basic condiments in the apartment, herbs, spices and cleaning goods. Ski in/ski out and the views of the mountain are beautiful. Very spacious. There was a mix up with our arrival date but Great Western Lodgings went out of their way to rectify the issue finding accommodation for us for the one night. Even though we are from miles away in Sunny South Africa, we will be back to this unit if possible and hopefully once a year! Thank you, it really was a superior experience.
