I have shared this with the homeowner to let them know about the need for a total remodel of the unit, including the bathrooms, the kitchen, the furniture, the flooring, etc. The owners are actually here in their unit right now and have been researching a remodel, so this is great information to provide them. The front desk will also be notified about their check-in policies, as it should be noted that the current condition of the unit is recorded prior to arrivals, so nothing that was previously there would ever go against a security authorization. Great feedback to take back to the staff!
