Unit has a great location 1st Floor with a ski in and easy access to the bus for ski out. Staff on site was great. The last review called for a total remodel. I think most everything is okay but the following are priority items. I would stay there again in this unit if the following is attended to by my next return: Kitchen faucet handle needs to be repaired All the electric plugs need to be replaced. Every time you try to plug in your cell phone the cord falls out and the plugs do not stay. We had to search all over the apartment to find a good plug The dining room chairs - the legs are loose. Almost broke on me. They all need to be repaired our replaced. The beds are terrible in the bedroom. Matresses and box springs are shot. Lighting - Very poor throughout the apartment. Especially the bedrooms. Only one ceiling fixture in the entire unit. I don't think these are unreasonable demands. I am in the business of condo management and things do need replacement. What I have listed are repairs and replacements that are priority. Tom

We have stayed in Sawmill Creek Condo's several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The location is great, being only a block away from main street Breckenridge. We have always visited Breckenridge during the summer, usually in July, and enjoy this area very much.
