Located at the bottom of the Four O’clock run, this remodeled Sawmill Creek Two Bedroom is a very nice corner unit with a flat screen television and wood burning fireplace in the living room. This unit has a washer and dryer, granite counter tops and free wireless internet. Sawmill Creek also features two indoor hot tubs, shared grills, and a covered parking space. Take the bus to the lift that stops right at the end of the driveway and ski back down to the complex at the end of your day. Or walk just one block to Main Street and partake in the dining and shopping Breckenridge has to offer.

This is our 7th straight year coming to Breckenridge in the autumn to enjoy the fall colors, the hiking, the biking and the fishing. The last five have been booked with Great Western Lodging and the service from them has always been great. The last four years we have stayed at Sawmill Creek Complex, which is conveniently located just a couple of blocks off main st. and has an underground parking lot. We have stayed in a different condo each time and all have been very nice. This year we stayed in condo 109 on the first floor in the back building. This condo appears to have been newly updated and is furnished very nicely. It has two bedrooms with a queen (not a king as listed) in the master along with some kind of trundle bed. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Because of its location at the end of the building, it was also very quiet. There are a few suggestions that would have made our pleasant stay a lot better. First of all, get the 2nd small bed out of the master. It makes the room too crowded. There were no instructions in the unit for anything. It would have been nice to have instructions for things like when the heat controls kick in and how to attach the TV connections. Also, the TV control to change stations was a nightmare to use. The glass door leading to the patio was a struggle to lock and the drapes that covered this door did not seem to fit. One other item is that a flashlight is needed to use the washer and dryer since this hallway is so dark. This last item is common with the other Sawmill units as well. Overall, the unit was very good.

Our family of 4 loved staying in this well kept and up to date condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. The ski locker was a great surprise. The location was awesome. Shuttle to Snowflake lift and Peak 9 just out the door. And we loved boarding back to the condo at the end of the day. Easy walk to just about everything in town. Our condo near the back was very quiet. We definitely will stay here again.

A spacious front room with a terrific fireplace creates a warm and cozy feeling when you first walk in. Typical kitchen---plenty of cookware and dishes. Love both the informal dining table and the five seats at the breakfast bar---lots of room for a number of guests. Only two bedrooms but one has at least five beds arranged in a bunk bed setting. We used the master and it was very comfortable. The Sawcreek location is perfect for quick access to downtown being two blocks away--- so we didn't need to use a car after we arrived arrived at the complex. Walked to shop and dine out. Bus can also pick you up right in front of the complex (free). A great place to just relax or to conveniently get to the slopes to ski! Will definitely look at this property again next time we go to Breck!!!

Wonderful location in Breckenridge! ! We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and comfortable for our family of six. Already planning our fall trip for next year and will stay here again.

We loved the location: really close to bus stops, and ski rental. Also not far from down town and grocery store. It was also great to ski right down to the complex at the end of the day! The Condo was easy to get to but quiet because it was not right on the street. The place was updated, clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!!
