Ski in from the Four O'clock run and you will be 20 yards from Sawmill Creek condos. This recently remodeled condo is in prime location to town and the ski area. Walk out and take a few minutes shuttle ride to the Snowflake Chair, or walk a block into the historic Main Street of Breckenridge. Either way you will have a great time. This unit comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills on the patio and a covered parking space.

We loved this place. It was very clean and newly renovated. We felt at home with 2 nice bedrooms and 2 very nice and spacious bathrooms. The wood-look tile flooring is a very nice upgrade! New appliances and fixtures, etc. made this a perfect set up for our ski vacation. We would ski the Four O'clock run every day to the condo and walk a few feet to our door. Each condo has its own ski closet right out the front door. We walked one block to Main Street which had every shop and restaurant that we wanted.

We've stayed at Sawmill Creek Condos many times and love the location. This unit is really beautiful with wonderful kitchen update and bathroom remodels. It was very comfortable for our summer stay. We'll be back for Spring skiing!

Me and four others stayed here because it was close enough to get around town and most imporantly our bike race starts (BreckEipic 2015). The size of the place was great, two huge washrooms and a large enough kitchen with appliances. A tv in each room and a large one in the main living room was accommodating. The only thing I suggest is to get a few floor fans. It seemed to get hot during the night on the main entrance side, especially because there is no AC. Great price too!

Our family of four LOVES this property. We walk everywhere we go since it is so convienently located near downtown, shops, Columbine Cafe, the gondola, outdoor trails, and rental offices. Great Western Lodging has made our second trip just as fabulous with personable staff and flawless check-in and check-out procedures. We can't wait to book this property again.

This is my second year staying at Sawmill Creek and plan to return annually. The condo is conveniently located one block from Main Street, as well as, a short walk to the gondola to access Peak 8. It is newly updated, clean and comfortable for a family of four. The complex has access to hot tubs for evening relaxation. If you are traveling in the summer, there is no air conditioning but the temperatures generally drop enough in the evening for a restful night sleep.

We enjoyed our second stay with Great Western lodging this year. Wonderful and helpful staff. They helped us find this sawmill creek #110 rental. Very convenient to everything - a block to Main Street, bus stop right outside To catch in the mornings, and the four o'clock run ski in for the afternoon! Grill was just down a walkway in the same level to grill for dinner! The two queens in the first bedroom and a king in the second were Exactly what we needed!!

Location was perfect...just a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Condo was and bathrooms updated perfectly. Enough space for our family of 6 to stretch out and relax. The blinds on the sliding doors were missing, which was weird our first night there with privacy, but the next morning my husband called the office and by lunch they were replaced! Whenever we return to Breckenridge, which is often since we live just an hour and a half away, we will be booking this unit. No cons.

Our stay at Sawmill Creek this year was exceptional. We've been coming to Sawmill for the past 5 years or so and always enjoy its terrific location and great access to the town of Breckenridge and all its amenities--the music, the shops, the library, the grocery store, the gondola, and the history. It's fun to park our car for a few weeks and access almost everything by food. This year we stayed in a newly refurbished condo that was first class all the way. When we needed additional items, we simply notified Great Western and it was there momentarily. We'll be coming back in the years to come.
We can't wait to return!!

While visiting the Breckenridge area our family was in constant awe of the views, hospitality, lodging, and local flare. The condo that was recommended to us was perfect! It had everything we needed and was immaculate. Even after the 16 hours returning home the kids are already asking when can we go back!

When we arrived at the 2 bedroom condo we were already amazed at how clean it was. Location was walking distance to just about everything in town (2 blocks from Main st) and was set in a very quiet area, so we didn't hear any road noise. The 4 o'clock run literally ran past the main building and was only about 50 steps from out front door! The only complaints that I had were all of the thermostats in the unit (There were 7 of them) which made it a challenge to adjust the temperature. The other was the fireplace didn't always turn on, but that could have been due to the battery-operated started needing new batteries.
