We visited Breckenridge in the summertime for a quick weekend, and this condo was in the perfect location. It is within walking distance of Main St. It is spacious and pretty quiet, for the most part. My only suggestion is that the master bedroom mattress be upgraded! Every time my husband or I would change sides, the bed would bounce(!) and we both toss & turn! Outside of that, I look forward to returning, hopefully this time in the winter.

Great spot, easy to get around and close to town. However, this is really a Ski In only not a ski out. Overall would come back again and try to get a bigger place to bring more friends.

Great stay , wonderful accommodations and the best location for downtown and skiing. Had little kids running around in the unit above hence the reason for the 4 rating. Right next to 4 o’click Run made it easy to get home right from the slopes and then nice to walk around town with access to restaurants and everything Breck has to offer.

Very nice and clean. Loved the covered parking.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location for skiing. Jump on the shuttle out front in the morning and ski right to the building via 4 o’clock run at end of day. Also walking distance to all the restaurants. Only issue was that the condo above us had a leak that caused plaster to drop in our tub. It was clear that it had happened before and must not have been fixed properly.

This is the second year in a row we booked a condo at the Sawmill. Though we couldn't book the same unit this year, I think this unit was better than the first. Nicely updated, clean, stocked, and with ample room for four skiers, we probably lucked out! Not to mention the location right off the 4 O'Clock run and immediately adjacent to a bus stop that takes you to the Beaver Run lift! I'd rent this place again in a heart beat!

Came up to Breck on quick last-minute trip in the fall. Clean, simple 2 bedroom had everything we needed. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were great, hoping the owner will update the fireplace soon too. Sawmill Creek is just a short 1 block walk to Main Street, so we really enjoyed walking throughout town right from the property. On-site hot tubs were popular with our group!

Our last two visits to Breckenridge we have stayed at Saw Mill Creek, and this time we were just as pleased. You just can't beat the loction. A quick walk to downtown or the gondola. Close to hiking and biking. Covered parking, great bike storage in garage. Only complaint was the floor above the master bedroom was very creaky (early risers lived above us). Would definitely stay here again.
