This Sawmill Creek two bedroom condo has comfortable furnishings and accommodates up to eight people. This condo is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and ski storage. The Sawmill Creek complex also offers a covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills on the patio as well as a fantastic location. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O’clock run and a block to historic Main Street, this condo is situated perfectly. Take the shuttle in front of the building to the nearest chair lift or other adventure in town.

Wonderful Condo in Breck

Location, Location, Location! Sawmill Creek is one of the best places to stay in Breck. You are only yards away from the end of the 4 O'clock run and the shuttle stop is merely a few steps away. Plus, you are only a block away from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo setup is great for a large group as we had 8 adults staying. The layout is also nice as we had room to spread out and even have dinner at the kitchen table. I would agree that the sleeper sofa needs some TLC as it didn't seem very comfortable at all to those who took turns sleeping on it. One other thing that was a bit of a headache with a large group: we flew into Denver at various times from multiple spots across the country, which we meant that we had 3 rental cars. Due to the busy weekend/nature of the smaller condo parking lot, we could only have one guaranteed spot at the condo. Thus, we had to use the city lot a few miles away. It is only $5, but we had to take a few trips out to the parking lot if a larger number of people wanted to go to a different mountain. Other than those few things, I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Excellent location! Easy walking to shops, and the bus stop is right outside. Cute condo. Well-stocked kitchen. Covered parking with this unit was nice when snow hit. Have to walk outside to get to hot tubs, but it's nice to have them! We all slept well in all the regular beds. The pull out couch is a little older and you can feel the springs in it very easily, so consider that if you plan to use it. Balcony is very pleasant. We would stay here again.

Everything went very well, condo was clean and nice. I didn't realize there was an in unit washer/dryer, if I had known that I could have brought about half the stuff. Shuttle stop was right by the entrance of the Condo. 4 o-clock run allowed ski in to about 20 yards from the elevator!

Winter Fun
We had a great weekend of skiing and all around fun! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook. The only issue was the beds-too hard so sleeping at night wasn't the best. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and would recommend.

Unfortunately, the Sawmill Creek Homeowner Association Bylaws do not allow trailers to be parked on site at the property. We will always try our best to accommodate any trailers if possible at other properties that do allow them, but we pretty much always have to rely on the Town of Breckenridge’s fee based parking at the Satellite Parking Lot.
