This Sawmill Creek two bedroom condo has comfortable furnishings and accommodates up to eight people. This condo is equipped with brand new, top-of-the-line Queen mattresses and bedding, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, ski storage, and a stunning mountain view of the ski resort from the deck.

Also - recent upgrades include new paint, new ceiling fans, new bathroom fixtures, new furniture including American Leather sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress, new dishes and cutlery, and new patio furniture! The Sawmill Creek complex also offers a covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills on the patio as well as a fantastic location. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O’clock run and a block to historic Main Street, this condo is situated perfectly. Take the shuttle in front of the building to the nearest chair lift or other adventure in town.

For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Place was ideal for skiing. Bus to ski lift right in front and ski down to the place at end of the day. Places was as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Outdoor ski closet to keep the ski outside of place. Warm and quiet, and comfortable. Parking right under the place. Near town and easy walk to restaurants. Short drive to supermarket.

Can't say enough about the location - easy access to town, shuttle and the Four O'clock run puts you right at your doorstep! After a long day on the slopes we enjoyed the hot tub! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay there again.

Condo was in great condition. Very comfortable with space for eight. Location was great. Walk to Main Street and ski in on four o’clock run. Gondola was a short walk up the street. Clean and as advertised. Looked like it was recently updated. Family enjoyed the trip.

This large 2 bd 2 br was more than enough space for our group of 4. The condo is located a block from the main drag and so easy to have anything you want just at your finger tips. They had extras around the condo which made it nicer than we expected. They even have a printer and monitor if you need to work remotely. We’d recommend this place to anyone and hope to return!

The location of my stay in Breckenridge was amazing. The place was clean and ready for our stay. It slept 4 adult men very well. Downtown was right across the street. Being right at the bottom of 4 o'clock run was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

No details spared in this great condo. Covered parking and you can ski right back to the condo. It had every item I could think of to include a washer and dryer and even great quality linens. I didn’t sleep on the fold out couch, but it had a Tempurpedic mattress! There was even a foam roller to work out any sore or tired muscles. Bring your skis (or snowboard) and enjoy everything the condo and area have to offer. Main Street is just a quick walk away, too. Stay here!

As a result, during our recent August stay we purchased and set up new patio furniture (including a small rocker), all new dishes with serving for 12, all new silverware, all new cutlery with an 18-piece counter set and new living room furniture along with a Tempur-Pedic pullout sofa, to be delivered in September. In addition, bedroom ceiling fans will be installed in September. We hope these updates will provide an enjoyable experience for all.

Nice condo, clean, comfortable beds. A few areas of improvement or things to know: It is close to town so do not plan on sleeping with the windows open as the traffic will keep you awake all night. No AC so it gets HOT in there at night in the summer. Needs a couple small portable fans to help with this if needed. The chairs on the deck are the $1.00 plastic chairs from Walmart. That gets the come on man award. If you have a condo like this and rent it out you can afford some better deck furniture. The knives were so dull they would not cut butter and if you advertise it sleeps 6 you should have enough glasses, bowls, plates, etc for 6....

Just a few improvements needed but a nice place and very convenient.

Also, we will let the owners know about the chairs on the deck and see if they can provide more durable chairs. I will also notify housekeeping in regards to the knives and dishware - thank you for noting this as well.

Update as of July 30 - Hi Ram - I wanted to update you as we recently spoke with the owners, and they are added new chairs to the deck, updated the unit with new dishware and silverware, and they are doing some minor remodeling which should all be done by this fall of 2018. The condo was spotless, the beds were not bad and the location was amazing. We stayed in unit 207. It was very spacious and comfortable. Right outside the door is the end of the Four O’Clock run that can bring you back after skiing and a shuttle stop right there too. It was a block off of Main Street and a couple of blocks from the City Market. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location. Comfortable unit. Easy access to slopes, bus, downtown. Would give a 5 but for these: 1.) TV signal is weak. Loses picture frequently which was annoying during tournament play. 2.) one covered garage spot. OK for one family, but if 2nd car in group, doesn't work well. 3.) For the price being asked, have some coffee/tea in the cabinet and some shampoo in the bath. Bar soap provided, but no shampoo.

This unit is in a great complex a the end of the 4-O'Clock run, which runs down the middle of the mountain. So no matter where you are on the mountain, it is easy to get home for lunch or at the end of the day. A short walk or a very quick bus (stop in front) to the Gondola a couple of blocks away. Also, downtown Breck Main Street is just a couple of blocks. Therefore, the location of this complex is really convenient to everything.

The condo itself is in great shape and the two queen beds in one of the bedrooms is great for families. There is single queen in second bedroom (and a sleeper in the living room which we didn't use). Covered parking below the unit is easy access by steps or elevator. Baths are updated (walk in showers) and kitchen has everything necessary. Overall a terrific unit.

Very clean and excellent location. 2 block walk to main street for entertainment and shopping. One run ends at parking lot for end of day skiiing. Bus stop to hill right out side for the morning. Property was a little dated but overall is was good.

We stayed here over Christmas with our 2 daughters. Very easy check in. Great location, parked our car in a covered spot. This was great because it snowed. Was able to walk to town. The bus route picked us up right outside our condo to get to every ski lift. The best part was skiing right back to the condo at the end of the day! The condo was well stocked and suited our family very well. Would definitely not hesitate to book this condo again.

Location, Location, Location! Sawmill Creek is one of the best places to stay in Breck. You are only yards away from the end of the 4 O'clock run and the shuttle stop is merely a few steps away. Plus, you are only a block away from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

The condo setup is great for a large group as we had 8 adults staying. The layout is also nice as we had room to spread out and even have dinner at the kitchen table. I would agree that the sleeper sofa needs some TLC as it didn't seem very comfortable at all to those who took turns sleeping on it. One other thing that was a bit of a headache with a large group: we flew into Denver at various times from multiple spots across the country, which we meant that we had 3 rental cars. Due to the busy weekend/nature of the smaller condo parking lot, we could only have one guaranteed spot at the condo. Thus, we had to use the city lot a few miles away. It is only $5, but we had to take a few trips out to the parking lot if a larger number of people wanted to go to a different mountain.

Other than those few things, I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Excellent location! Easy walking to shops, and the bus stop is right outside. Cute condo. Well-stocked kitchen. Covered parking with this unit was nice when snow hit. Have to walk outside to get to hot tubs, but it's nice to have them! We all slept well in all the regular beds. The pull out couch is a little older and you can feel the springs in it very easily, so consider that if you plan to use it. Balcony is very pleasant. We would stay here again.
