Sit back on the big comfortable couch and watch your favorite movie on the new flat screen TV which sits over the gas fireplace. This recently remodeled two bedroom condo had a brand new beautiful kitchen and bedding. Each condo has their own washers and dryers as well as a covered parking space, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared grills and complimentary Wi-Fi. While being only a block from Main Street, stay close to slopes with a short shuttle trip to the nearest chair lift and ski back down to Sawmill Creek via the Four O'clock run.

We stayed in this unit and loved it! Great location and had fun hiking up four o'clock trail. The unit is fully stocked, comfortable and is much nicer than what the pictures show. We hope to come back again!

We try to stay at Sawmill Creek every time we visit Breck, and were extremely pleased with the condition and experience with #210 --- the owners have evidently worked hard to offer comfort and convenience, and the GWL staff had kept it clean and ready for our use. We found it very comfortable and enjoyed the use of this condo. HOWEVER, we did have the same experience as Michael J (see review of 1/20/2014). The gang using the condo right above us must have been bowling at all hours of the night.....lots of banging, every footstep came through our ceiling, and the partying just before their departure went on all night. While we appreciate the ability to have a good time while in Breck at SC, and while we appreciate the fact that GWL probably cannot control behavior of guests (not even sure if they administer this condo.....310?) --- we wish all who visit would have a little respect for other guests!

Great location close to town. Condo a few steps off of 4 o'clock run. Condo starting to get a little run down but still comfortable place for a few nights. Covered parking was great and checkout day was good for changing in hot tub spa area for drive to Denver. I will be back next years with my firefighter buddies for a fun Breck weekend! Thx

This was a great condo for our weekend trip to Breck! It was in a prime location, right off of the 4 o'clock run. The condo was clean, big, and newly renovated. The only issue was the fire place did not work. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Would reccomend this company to anyone.

We normally try to stay in the same condo each year because we like it so much. We had a great time fantastic condo great eateries close and more snow than we have seen before. Hope to book same condo for next year same time.

The condo itself is in a great location, is well stocked and has plenty if room. The problem is in the condo above having extremely squeaky floors with no insulation between the two. We heard every step that the people above us took including all hours of the night. Will never stay at Sawmill Creek again.
