This two bedroom unit comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, new kitchen and appliances and a covered parking space. Sawmill Creek also provides two common area indoor hot tubs, shared grills as well as easy access to the slopes and town. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, this is a convenient way to get back to your condo after a long day on the mountain. New mattresses added in 2013.

Good thing about this unit--it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were memory foam. Hard, and not our preference, but some people will like them. However, this unit is SO loud. Traffic all night long (we kept the windows open because it was summer and there is no air conditioning or fans, but may not be an issue in winter), and you can hear everything from the people above and the street below. For example, on our last night there, the unit above us sounded like they were jumping and stomping for an hour from 12-1 am, then cars dragged raced on the street from 1-1:30 am, then there was a drunk bachelorette party singing in the courtyard until 2 am. This was fairy typical of each of our nights there, and it was so loud, that we ended up leaving a night early and checking into a hotel just to get some sleep! Also, while the unit is well appointed, we stay in rented condos two or three times a year, and the unit was missing some of the little things we have come to expect--soap, shampoo, coffee filters (there was a coffee pot), laundry detergent (there was one pod, but we were there a week), games, books, movies, etc. Also, the TV didn't work the first three days of our stay--that was our fault though. Once we called Great Western, they did have someone come repair it within two hours. They said it was fairly typical for the condo's cable to go out due to a change in the cable provider. It is a great location--just off of main street, but you have the noise to go along with it. All in all, I would not recommend to someone with a young family or who is a light sleeper. However, the noise may be different in the winter, and it could be great for a group of friends who would likely be loud and staying up late themselves.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. This condo location is perfect; off the main street and only a block's distance walk to get there. Property has it's own rocky creek flowing right through the middle of the complex. There is a nice area w/a gas grill for anyone to use. The hot tubs are nice to have, although, we didn't take advantage of them.....too tired from all of our adventures throughout the day. As others have stated, the condo was nicely updated and quite comfortable. Office staff (off site) are extremely nice and willing to help w/anything necessary. The memory foam beds were an nice surprise. I have a soft bed at home, so when I initially sat down on this bed, I was concerned about the firmness; however, I slept like a baby! Can't wait to go back!

We have stayed in many of the condos at Sawmill Creek. They are all good. This one had the memory form beds in all bedrooms. I like a hard bed and really liked the beds but if you like a soft mattress this might not be for you. I would also like the gas fireplace that you could open the glass doors and have it look like a real fire, but that is just me. We will keep coming back to Sawmill Creek because we like the location and Breckenridge. See you next time!

This is the fourth year we have booked via Great Western, and as usual we had great service. Also, this is the 3rd year we stayed at Sawmill Creek largely because of its great location - only a couple of blocks off of main street. All of the condos we rented have been similar in layout, and 211 was no exception. Since there were only 2 of us, there was plenty of room. The condo was modern and very well equipped. The kitchen especially had about everything we could possibly use. The suggestion I would make would be to get some placemats. The dining room table was wood, and we found it strange that the owners would not try to protect it more. The living room had a very large flat screen tv and a dvd player which was a nice touch. The only negative, which incidentally had nothing to do with the condo, was the foot traffic from upstairs. If you aren't a light sleeper no problem. However, I am, and during the week, the person above us would get up at approximately 5:30 in the morning, and I could hear him walking around until about 6:30 to 7:00. Other than that, everything was great.

We love this place! Great location to town, awesome safe private underground parking. We felt safe to let our kids have a little freedom to roam. Lots to do for the entire family and great views all the way around our condo. Absolutely love the decor and there was everything we needed. It was extremely clean also. Would definitely visit here again! Thank you from Texas!

Wonderful place to stay. Awestruck when we entered. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The grounds are great with a stream running through. Even a fox thought it a great place to explore! The location is close to Main Street and the gondolas. The pilot light wouldn't stay on in the fireplace, but it wasn't really needed in the summer. The fireplace was tried out just for the kids' enjoyment. Would definitely stay again. Loved it!

Very spacious and attractive accommodations! Beautiful view from the living room. Easy to ski in for lunch! Loved the memory foam beds! Insulation between floors is limited - could hear loud footsteps above us. Second year at this complex, we'll be back!

The unit was neat and clean and very close to town and the bus stop for the ski lifts. The memory mattresses in all three beds were extremely comfortable. I am thinking about getting one for my home. The only criticism I had was that the lighting in the rooms was poor. Larger bulbs are needed to see at night. I would stay there again.
