This fantastic third floor Breckenridge condo gives you a great view of town with a mountain backdrop. Recently renovated and stocked with a new large flat screen TV, this two bedroom unit gives you the pleasures of watching your favorite movie while relaxing by the fire. The new furnishings continue with the brand new appliances, granite counter tops and bathrooms. Enjoy being 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block to historic Main Street. This location is convenient and easy to get around. Each unit has free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a covered parking space, as well as access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs and shared grills on the outdoor patio.

made a last minute res for quick ski weekend. Easy check in (friendly) and perfect location for main street walking. Condo was clean and in good condition. Only change would be a 11 or 12 checkout to allow for a quick am ski/ all of the other llaces I have rented have 11 or 12 c/o times. Really nbd though/ would rent again.

We stayed at the condo with another couple for a 4 day ski trip and absolutely loved it! The location is so close to everything, we were able to ski back to the condo on the four o'clock run and walk to shops and restaurants on main street. We loved being able to sit and warm up by the fireplace every evening after skiing and appreciated the full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The customer service we received from Great Western Lodging was top notch. They were very helpful when looking to rent ski equipment and purchasing lift tickets. Overall, the condo was just what we were looking for and we will definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Walked everywhere. We were there for the Breck Epic Mountain Bike Race and were able to walk to most of the start and finish lines. Really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. Everything worked great. Only negative - lights/lightbulbs were so dim in most rooms.

This condo was in the perfect location. We were in walking distance to everything. Once we arrived at the condo we did not use our vehicle again until our departure date. The check in and out staff was super friendly. The condo itself had great views and was very homey and comfortable. There are a few suggestion I would make however. The lighting in the living area is very dim. If we needed to read anything we had to get up and walk into the dining room to see it. The other thing that needs improvement is the fireplace. It is the only heat source in the living room and is set at a very low setting that is unable to be changed. Therefore it gave off very little heat and we needed to use a space heater to stay warm. We did have a great time and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect location and place to stay for a relaxing weekend. We ran the Breckenridge marathon and we walked around town before and after to keep our legs loose, and enjoyed every second of it. We had a great family style pasta dinner on Friday night, soaked in the hot tubs Saturday and enjoyed Breck every spare minute we had. Thank you!

I took my older daughter, my college daughter and her boyfriend on a quick ski trip just before Christmas. The weather was perfect for skiing - had had a recent snowfall and one actual snow day. The condo was in a perfect location; it was located at the bottom of Four O'clock Run - perfect for the kids to get down to the condo at the end of the ski day - and it was close to town (could have actually walked had we not been lazy) and was lovely. Everything worked perfectly, and we ate lunch out but stayed in and cooked all of our dinners. Would definitely rent that condo again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Creek. The condo was very nice and had excellent views of the mountains from the balcony. It was great that we could ski down 4 o'clock run to the condo at the end of the day (very convenient). Also, main street is one block away which is very nice for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. Also, the staff at Great Western Lodging are very focused on great customer service. I had a lot of questions about the resort and they were always very kind, courteous and helpful. Thanks for a great trip!
