This fantastic third floor Breckenridge condo gives you a great view of town with a mountain backdrop. Recently renovated and stocked with a new large flat screen TV, this two bedroom unit gives you the pleasures of watching your favorite movie while relaxing by the fire. The new furnishings continue with the brand new appliances, granite counter tops and bathrooms. Enjoy being 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block to historic Main Street. This location is convenient and easy to get around. Each unit has free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a covered parking space, as well as access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs and shared grills on the outdoor patio.

We stayed at the sawmill creek condos in mid January 2014. The unit had been remodeled nicely. I would have preferred a closed hallway system instead of the unit opening to the outside but we got used to that. Sawmill has a great location. It is so nice to ski down 4 o'clock run at the end of the day and finish directly in front of the condo! The bus picks up right outside in the morning and it's a super quick walk to downtown for dinner! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only things we didn't love was the toilet paper (awful!) and the pillows (uncomfortable). I guess next time we can bring our own.

Great condo in a fantastic location - poor service with the rent

The condo is fully equipped with all essential supplies and a very homey feel. Everything was in working condition aside from the TV in the front bedroom (which we didn't really need). The condo is in the perfect location to access all of Breck by walking! We love the proximity to Main Street and hiking right out the door. The rental company is lazy. We asked for a late check out and were told we couldn't get one because they couldn't reach the housekeeping service (over a 2 day period). We were pretty sure no one else was checking in on a Sunday in October during their slowest time of the year. The girls at the rental company were rude and short. We will not be using Great Western Lodging again. We will, however, try and book this condo directly through the owners. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

We have had a staff meeting concerning your experience and looked into the situation of why a late check-out was not immediately granted on your first request. Policies are now in place for situations of late check-out requests when there is not an arrival that same day and this will not happen again. I apologize for the negative experience you had upon your departure, especially after such a great stay in the property. wonderful location. only negative is one bedroom and family room face a fairly busy street. the other bedroom is on very pleasant creek. the unit is super upgraded. I don't think anything was missed. location is super if you want to walk to everything in town and gondola. Would be first on our list for future rental.
Clean, updated and all amenities, but some disappointments.

We have stayed at Sawmill Creek several times so we are very familiar with the range of finishes/quality within the property. This unit has been nicely updated in the kitchen and baths, decent quality furniture and was very clean with plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all necessary cookware. The view from the balcony includes looking over Breckenridge town and mountains. We were very disappointed in the lighting. Due to the beautiful black countertops in the kitchen, the current lighting is just not adequate, you feel like you are constantly straining to see in the kitchen. The lighting in the hall bath is so low that it is almost impossible to see to put on your makeup. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms and the lamps are not the best quality so again the lighting is really low. Tv mounted above the fireplace needs to be moved, you will have a crick in your neck by the end of the evening. If these items were changed, you really couldn't ask for anymore in a rental unit. Sawmill Creek is a great location with the ski-in run that leads right to the complex, easy walking access to downtown Breckenridge, shuttle stops right at the street, underground parking and indoor public hottubs.
