Highly recommend this condo for your Breck stay. Walking distance to downtown. Ski right to the condo at the end of the day or for a lunch break. Bus stop to get to the slopes is right there. Recommend colorado ski and snowboard for your rental needs. Best prices and friendly staff

This was a great place to stay for our first ski trip to Breckenridge. We loved being near the 4 o'clock ski run and that everything was within walking distance or a bus ride away. The condo was cozy and we loved the fireplace and that the kitchen was stocked well. We will definitely be back and thanks to GW Lodging for the great service!

This is our second family ski trip. Both so far have been in Breckenridge as we all love this town and ski resort. We rented two units 303 & 304 and we're happy with the condition and amenities in both units. It was nice to be so close to town as we rarely drove our rental car. The best thing about the Sawmill property is the proximity to both the shuttle and the ability to ski in on the four o'clock run right to the parking lot of the unit. We will definitely look at units in this complex for future trips. The accommodation s were clean and we had all the kitchen utensils needed for meals. All in all we were happy with the unit it wasn't luxurious but it definitely met our needs.

Mr. Amazing!
The unit was as advertised. Clean, neat and very functional. We have stayed in Breckenridge at least ten times and this unit was as good as any we have rented in the past. One thing that would be in your interest to do is to replace the shower heads. They are old and do not spray the water as they should. Great time great place great accommodations. Very convenient to all Breck has to offer. Sab

Have stayed in Sawmill Creek condos numerous times; this (303) was one of the better units. Updated, fully equipped, very comfortable. Easy access to slopes by shuttle in morning, and great to ski down Four O'clock Run at the end of the day right into the condos. No problems at all; staff at GW helpful with all questions and easy check out - able to use hot tub showers and changing room for a final 2/3 day of skiing before heading to the airport.
