This spacious 2 bedroom was a good choice for our weekend of mountain biking in and around Breck. We got a great deal on this place, so overall a good value, but the owner should consider some small improvements like replacing the bedspreads. Updating the fireplace rock with a more modern look would really help too. All in all though I would stay here again. Easy to walk anywhere, elevator on-site, and right on Breckenridge’s free bus route.

The property is very nice and close to all ammenities in Breckenridge. the availability of an elevator makes it very nice for older individuals or individuals with small children.

Nice place to stay. The place was clean and very comfortable. Accommodations were great. The elevator went out of service. My in-laws are older and it was very inconvenient for them to deal with 3 flights of stairs. The unit sleeps 8 but you are only allowed one parking spot. Not sure how that math is suppose to work. That kind of sucked shuffling cars. Combine that with dragging luggage down three flights of stairs and it keeps this place from getting a score of 5. Still a nice place with a creek running through the middle of the property. Not smoker or animal friendly. Neither are allowed on the property. Check in and out is a half mile from the property, but would stay again.
