This two bedroom plus loft condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time. The Sawmill Creek complex is just 20 yards away from the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block into historic Main Street. This living area provides vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and plenty of light. Other amenities of this unit are a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, locked ski storage, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared gas grill and a covered parking space.

Great stay in Breckenridge--reasonable priced and clean. The balcony overlooks the river and you can open the windows in bedroom and hear the river rushing (very peaceful) The fireplace was gas and added a nice touch. The only downfall would be the flooring (carpet) needs to be replaced had quite a few snags in it. Bedding was great--thanks for a great stay!

We sure love the location of the condo….it is so close to the Riverwalk for musical events. The accommodations are great and people there very friendly and helpful!!! Always lots to do in Breck.

Budget minded accommodations (for Breckenridge). Comfortable but decor dated. Not a luxury accommodation by any stretch, but I would stay again when budget is the primary consideration. The loft was great for adding a third bedroom (2 twin beds and a closet). Dining room chairs nearly broken - need replaced. Vaulted ceiling in the living room was nice and could see some slopes from the windows. Interior was clean, but a take-out box of old chicken wings from previous occupant was waiting for us on the porch. Great location. True ski-in (not ski-out). In the morning, just walk 5 minutes to the Gondola that goes up to Peak 7 and Peak 8 base. Walking distance to everything in town!

Great location for enjoying the slopes. Did not need to drive at all. Main street with shops and food was only a block away. Great stay and highly recommended.
