My friends and I very much enjoyed the condo at Sawmill and the location. Very convenient to everything. The staff at Sawmill was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend Sawmill as a great place to stay in Breckenridge.

This was a great condo with a great floor plan layout. It has a great location to main street Breckenridge--very easy walking distance. Biggest and probably only draw back was the noise. We were there in the summer and loved to have the windows open to hear the running brook. However, it was on the truck route and very noisy. It was tolerable though and the rest of the condo made up for it.

Nice place, well maintained. It was great for family of 4 in the summer. Down sides are on a busy street so noise at night can be loud especially if your windows are open (no air conditioning). There is a lot of space and its nicely laid out.

The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty. The bathroom rugs hadn't been washed in some time. The towel racks were plastic and coming away from the walls. In fact the rod section of the rack broke when one of us went to remove a towel. The unit appeared to have been some updates but by the homeowner rather than a professional. Bathrooms were extremely small as was the bedroom with 2 queen beds in it. No room for two people to move around.

The Housekeeping Department has also been notified and will be doing a complete clean of all the flooring in the unit, including making sure all rugs are thoroughly washed.

My 7 friends and I rented this condo for New Year's weekend and it accomodated us perfectly! Its very nice, warm and we didn't feel cramped at all. The best part is that we could walk to the lifts and main street. The views were great and we could see the gondola from the living room. My only complaint is that the patio door didn't shut properly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon! I would stay here again.

The condo is in poor shape and not as described in the pictures. This particular condo was suppose to be recently remodeled; that was not the case. Since arriving, I spoke with several other guests and heard similar issues. I found the following issues and want to ensure you are aware: • Dirty furniture • Dirty carpet; worn in several places • The heating system does not work properly; all of the control knobs are either broken or you cannot read the dials; many rooms stayed too cold, while the others were too hot...it was a constant battle of keeping up with this. • The gas logs do not work properly • Shower in "king size” bedroom was for a small person (5'6”) for use; impossible for a taller person/bigger person • Several lights/lamps were out; I ended up buying several lights • Lamps were dirty and dusty • Lamp shades do not fit lamps properly; fell off several times • Deadbolt on front door, does not work properly; very hard to lock from outside • Dryer door fell off of hinge • Washer / dryer area was deplorable / dirty /etc • Found an old food box under the "king size” bed • Towels (all bathrooms and kitchen)- need to changed, they are thread bare and were very dingy • Shower curtain in other bedroom was dirty / etc. • Hot water tank would only allow 2 people to shower; before running out In general this condo is definitely advertised incorrectly...it has not been remodeled and everything is outdated.
