This condo has been tastefully refurbished and offers a flat screen TV and DVD player. Guests enjoy the comfortable deck and gas fireplace. After a day on the slopes or trails relax in the indoor hot tubs on site. Check the snow report and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit also provided a washer/dryer, covered parking and shared gas grills.

Great condo and location. If you can time the bus, its a quick ride over to the gondola and the 4 o'clock run puts you right at the condo on the way down. Plus its so close to main street. Condo was spacious and the 3 bathrooms were a definitely plus. Would definitely consider this property again on a future trip.

This ski condo is an excellent choice for a long weekend ski trip. There were 6 different beds and plenty of room everyone to enjoy the living room. We were able to walk to the gondola in the morning and ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day right to your condo. Will definitely look into future trips at this location.

We have stayed at Sawmill Creek before, and this condo was the nicest. Location is perfect, value is good, condo is well stocked with necessities. I agree with another review that the couches are uncomfortable. We also had two cars and really could have used another parking spot. The garages were only half full the whole time we were there, but we couldn't secure a second spot. Everything else is so convenient, it was a hassle to not have the second car on site. But, if we return to Breck, we will stay with you again.

Second time in this particular unit. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Close to Main Street. Check-in staff super friendly. Close to gondola. Not much else to say. Plan to return this winter and will request this unit!

Location is perfect - rental shop across the street as well a free bus for 2 minute drive to gondola, ski back to within 10 feet of the elevator, and a short walk to town. Beds were all comfortable. Only complaint is that the couches in our unit (405) need replacing - very uncomfortable.

The location is awesome. The group loves being able to ski in at different times throughout the day. The condo itself is great. Not luxurious by any means but it gets the job done. Full kitchen, several tv's, great hot tubs. My group has been to sawmill 7 times now. It's the best bang for you buck by a mile.

Perfect for our party of 6 as we needed some extra space and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking after a day skiing. Wonderful to be so close to town and being able to ski in. I would definitely stay here again!
