Located just one block from Main Street and within 20 yard of the base of the Four O'clock run, this delightful two bedroom plus loft / 3 bath condo is an affordable choice among Breckenridge accommodations. The fourth (top) floor location affords a vaulted interior, a gas fireplace and nice mountain views from your private deck. The building is furnished with a covered garage, shared gas grills, one covered parking space, indoor hot tubs and an elevator. Recently redecorated for a modern mountain fee. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Walk or shuttle to the slopes

We had five beds and three baths. Place for our skis at night. Shuttle to the slopes. Took the gondola to the top of peak 7 one afternoon. All available within walking distance of the condo. Brought food to the condo for breakfast and lunch (plenty of room for food). They had a washer and dryer. Fireplace for warmth if needed. Wonderful place to stay. And it snowed 24 inches the night BEFORE we got there and everything was clean and available all the way up the mountain from the Denver airport. (Traffic was a little slow though). It was an exciting weekend and everyone had a great time.

Nice condo in great location. Unit was spacious and comfortable and well equipped, although appliances were old and need to be updated. Parking is an issue if you have more than one vehicle and elevator was very slow. Overall good value, would rent again.

The condo is right at the end of the four o clock run, and it is a short bus stop (you can walk if you want to) to a couple lifts. Our only issues were that the mattresses sunk in the middle, so no one got a good night sleep, and the oven had a weird smell. It was a bummer that the hot tub wasn't open. I wish we would have known that before booking. Other than that, if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay close to the mountain, this place will do!

Located at the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run, Sawmill Creek runs through the middle of the complex. A block away from the Riverwalk Center. All Breckenridge has to offer is a short walk away.

Two full bedrooms plus loft with bath was just what we needed for 3 adult couples. The location made walking to town easy, with great bike paths. Parking was only glitch (minor) as each couple had our own cars.

Condo was in great condition and in a great location. The kitchen cookware could use some updating but otherwise great! The only downside was parking. Our condo slept 9, we had 8 in our group but we were only granted 1 parking permit. I asked via email and while checking in if I could have and additional permit but was told that the lot was full. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if the lot was full but each night there were multiple open places. The alternate parking place was terrible as we spent an hour getting our vehicle out the morn that we left.

Regarding parking - we are aware that this is challenging for our guests, and unfortunately the entire town of Breckenridge has parking restrictions. Unfortunately, we can not provide more than 1 parking spot for this unit - although we wish we could. Even though their might look like spaces available in parking area, we can not offer parking in those other spots due to other guests who stay there, and other managment companies who offer their guests parking.

Great New Year’s vacation in Breckenridge. Condo more than met our needs. Loved the loft space for the kids. Ski-in was nice and we never had to wait long for a shuttle to the gondola.

Nice condo. Location at end of 4 O'Clock run is fantastic!

We stayed for skiing and boarding and Dew Tour 2018. Condo is roomy. Furniture could use updating. We enjoyed the 4 O'Clock run ending right at the condo. Made it convenient to end the day. Bus stop across the street. Gondola and town is an easy walk. Everything functions in the condo. I would suggest a new coffee machine. It uses the round filters if that is helpful... Will stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful and lovingly maintained. It was only a short walk from the ski lift and right off the 4 o'clock "ski in" run. The view of the mountains is spectacular. The home had comfortable beds, high ceilings, a pretty fireplace, cozy seating and even a ski locker for storage of ski equipment. Management was amazingly friendly. I would love to stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

Awesome, convenient location. Furnishings were new and comfortable. It's older and a bit outdated, but it didn't affect our stay whatsoever. Bedrooms are quite small, but you are on vacation, so you don't spend much time there. Check in/out was easy and fast. Did I say the location was good? We could see the 4 o'clock run from our balcony! Bus stop is steps away. The loft was perfect for the kids! They had their "own" space to hang out and their own TV. With our teens and pre-teens that was perfect for them and for us! I would highly recommend this condo and complex. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. But again, it didn't affect our trip at all. It was clean and the kitchen was really organized. The bathroom fixtures were probably the main thing I was disappointed in. They were pretty outdated and hard to adjust especially the stand-up shower in one of them. Minor problem that could be easily replaced.

Just a short walk to the gondola, we had 6 staying and it fit everyone comfortably. Great view from the balcony as well. Would reccomend for a group looking to hit the slopes in Breck.

This property is great for large families or groups of friends. the loft area has its own complete bath with sleeping for 5/6 with a TV. Downstairs rooms are spacious with their own baths also. The balcony looks out over the snow capped mountains with lots of morning sunshine. The location of this condo is perfect for access to all of the fun shops in downtown Breckenridge all within walking distance to main street. The kitchen is long and spacious. the only thing needed is some new utensils and skillets. They are pretty old and could be replaced. Otherwise, a great stay.

This was my second trip to Breckenridge and second stay in the same condo. Overall very nice and great location. Some things are needed. TV does not work in living room. Fans needed for every bedroom. Beds could use an upgrade.

Make sure your rooms face away from the busy, noisy street side! Spacious and comfy but dated, but who cares? You're mostly outside anyway. Steam shower didn't work, which was disappointing.
Hot tubs were awesome!

The best thing about this rental is the location. We were able to walk to everything (it was the summer) we needed to except the overnight parking area. The next best thing is that we were allowed to rent it for two nights--where as a lot of rentals require a 3 night minimum stay. The price was reasonable.The condo is right out of the 70's, the WI-FI is extremely slow and if you plan to cook bring everything you need, including basics like salt and pepper. This was a little bit of a shock to us as the other places we have rented have always had some basic cooking supplies. Parking was a hassle too as we only received 1 parking permit so we had to take one car to an overnight parking lot a few miles away.

Sawmill Creek #406 is a little dated and in need of some repair, but it fit our situation so perfectly all of that could be overlooked. We have three daughters and one boyfriend came along. Three beds in the loft, a comfortable master bedroom, and a boyfriend bedroom could not have accommodated us any better.
We have stayed in the Keystone/Breckenridge area for the past 15 summers. The past four years we have stayed at Sawmill Creek due to its location and comfort. Next summer we will again plan on lodging with Great Western at Sawmill Creek. We may try to get #406 again--depending on how many boyfriends come along!! Thank you.

We love Breckenridge and have been there for 10 years or so. We love dealing with GW Lodging because they are very professionals and willing to help. I needed a two bedroom and loft apartment and I have stayed in that building before. I thought the apartment has a very nice layout and the loft was great, large and the bathroom has been renovated. The rest of the apartment is very dated, the rug and carpet are old and not in good shape, the walls have cracks on them and the kitchen and bathrooms are dated. The kitchen was not heavily stocked and the master bath was just ok. The steam shower was not working. Besides that we had a very nice time there, but I would probably not rent in that apartment again because of the things I said. In season they charge too much for this unit for the quality I was expecting.
